The room doesn't have airco, I think this is a general thing in Copenhagen since we noticed that shops, restaurants and cafes also don't have ac, and usually it's very warm inside. But since we were 3 people in the room it was warmer than usual and we had to keep the window open to not to suffer.

The room was very clean and spacious and well designed. The daily cleaning takes care of the room very well. The breakfast was also very nice and had many options.

It was very warm in Copenhagen when we were there and there was no AC which is common for many hotels. they did give us a fan which was helpful

The room was hot! When we opened the window its was too loud for the works carried out opposite. The first room we were given on the ground floor had poor sound insulation. And it was very dark. The second room higher up was bright and the sound insulation was good, but it was tiny. Like it was in NYC! However — we saw the nearby room which was huge and had a beautiful fireplace. If you book their more upmarket rooms you might be in for a treat!

The rooms a beautifully done! Beautiful panelling, plenty of sockets. It has rituals toiletries! And it’s a great location too! It’s on a straight line from the airport, near the water bus stops and many bus stops.

Would have been nice to have an iron in the room but that is the only thing that comes to mind. Overall everything was perfect at this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We had a really great stay in this hotel. Our room was on Level 1 so just up from the street and was nice and quiet at night. The room had been freshly renovated with a new bathroom. The room was cleaned everyday and the bed was nice and comfy. The location was awesome, literally a 2 min walk to the middle of Nyhaven. The staff are also super friendly and helped us hire bikes for a great price. Would 100% stay in this hotel again!

We stayed in a "business room" located on the ground floor next to the reception. It was quite loud, and voices from the front desk could easily be heard in the evening. Being on the front floor we had the curtains closed for privacy.

Location is Excellent, but the soundproofing is very bad. I stayed in Room no 410. Even from 4th floor it is very noisy even with window full closed. Rooms are too small even for us.

Warm water sometimes had very low water pressure. Seems to be a common issue in the old town. Bed sadly had two mattresses instead of one large. Breakfast could be improved with porridge and vegan options (soy milk/yoghurt, vegan spreads) and nougat from a large jar instead of small plastic packages. Also, peppermint tea missing.

Very central location, Bus and Metro stop very close by, everything within reach by foot, on bike or with public transport. Bicycles for rent from the hotel. Rooms had a comfortable size, modern and stylish. Very quiet. Varied breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Work was being done during my stay and a very loud carpet renovation of some sort took place in the hallway starting early in the morning. It was very loud and sounded like it was happening in my room. I probably wouldn't stay hear again because of the lack of soundproofing.

Great location near Nyhavn with great access to metro links and 20/30 minutes walks to all main attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Frederick's Church, Round Tower and Rosenburg Castle.

The shower head wasn't very user friendly, long and tube like which made the spray difficult to control. The shower screen was also quite narrow so had to be very careful not to cause puddle sof water on the bathroom floor.

The hotel was in a quiet street less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station and ideally situated to reach many of the local places of interest. The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable although there were no drawers for putting items of clothing into. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

We had to upgrade as the first room was tiny - like bed width you would have to climb over each other - but I blame booking.com for not knowing that the hotel warned us on arrival of the room we'd booked but the photos presented by booking.com didn't show that clearly. And room rates much better direct!

It's a lovely modern well presented small hotel very central to everything.
