Two single beds pushed together do not a double bed make! Very comfortable bed but 2 singles apart from in the suite! Really! Room was clean and warm. I went for the superior and was surprised not to even get a complimentary bottle of water or a coffee station. Also the only full length mirror in the room gets covered if you hang anything up as that’s the only place. I might have been unlucky but my scrambled eggs were cold at breakfast. Don’t let this moody old man put you off staying at the coolest hotel in town. Just remember to visit the supermarket for supplies before you visit.

Really cool hotel in a great location. Nice bar with a shabby chic vibe.

At earlier stays at Jørgensens, the staff was much more openminded. The mood used to be lighter before and I missed it this time.

very tiny room with very little space, bad window view - to a roof with pipes -someone could walk on it, so I was affraid sombody will walk in through open window

located in the town centre, without car traffic. So if you travel with public tranport very good. If you have a car, you need to leave it on a parking space couple of minutes walk away from hotel, which is not very comfortable when you have many bags andsuitcases.

Somewhere in the middle of my stay, I requested the room to be cleaned, but only the towels were changed and the garbage emptied. I would have appreciated if there were more tea and coffee available in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, the location was right at the centre with lots of shops and cafes and restaurants around. It was also within walking distance from the university and the train station. I was given a very very nice and spacious room. Umbrellas were offered for the rainy days.

Very poor storage space - a quarter of the wardrobe was taken up with an ironing board, no drawers although the desk could have had drawers under it. Breakfast was ok but not a huge choice or variety.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good food and very comfortable beds. Lovely old building right in the heart of the town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, staff is really friendly and the room is great. We enjoyed the breakfast very much as well as the wine bar. Also nice that the parking garage was included. It was just 2 min walk, and very easy to find, unlike some comments mentioned.

Selling standard rooms as superior. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special - no coffee machine, supply of finished food was very slow, so if you were unlucky and came in the wrong moment, you have to wait for a long time until finished ham/cheese,/jam/name is provided. Always running short of sweet pastries - we actually noticed only after few days that there were some available - haven't seen them during previous days. Also the restaurant in the basement is rather sad, would be lovely to have breakfast/lunch in the lobby/bar/library area instead

Located in a nicely restored old building in the heart of the town. Rooms, lobby, bar and wine cellar decorated tastefully. Parking available within short walk distance. We booked superior room and got a room with only a tiny single window in the corner facing emergency stairs and the wall plus there was a smell from the pipes in the bathroom. Since we arrived late at night we had no one to deal with that (plus no energy). Anyway, the next day our room was changed to a way nicer one with windows also in the bathroom.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel because it is located on a wide pedestrian shopping walkway. There wasn't a place to pull up the car and unload and the parking (free) was ridiculously hard to find. It was located on the opposite side of the pedestrian walkway and the complicated network of streets made it more challenging. The hotel should have sent us the address for the parking in advance and it would have been good to know that you can't just pull up in a car. This is not a location for people with any mobility challenges. Luckily, we are young enough to have managed rolling our luggage over the cobblestones. The air conditioning didn't work well.

It was a beautiful historic hotel completely renovated in 2020 on the main pedestrian shopping area. Our room was gorgeous.

I only stayed for a night, so I did not pay too much attention on the room selection. Took what booking.com suggested. The room itself was nice, but one side of the hotel is build along the next building. So my room had no window - well a window with wall. Wish I had seen this while booking. But everything else was just fine !

A hotel with a lot of charm. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. I wish I had more time to stay there ! WIll come back with more time to spend.

The location is difficult to locate if you follow Google map. It will lead to parking area behind the buildings. We have to walk down the pedestrian street to find the hotel.

Decorative room, newly refurbished historic mansion. Breakfast is very good. Free parking in a nearby garage is highly appreciated. Reception staff is super nice & helpful.

The entrance is on a walking street so drop off and parking can be a little confusing.

It’s been recently remodeled so the rooms are nicely updated and appointed. It’s located in the center of town on a walking street, so location can’t be beat in terms of access to restaurants and shops.
