Excellent location, value for money, breakfast and staff but bed very narrow and room too warm.

A major challenge for me was the bed - it was quite narrow and the duvet very thick. I kept the window open all the time but couldn’t cool the room down enough (there was no air conditioning option I could see) and so had difficulty sleeping.

The breakfasts were superb - amazing selection of good-quality food. The location was great and though the room was small, it was quite adequate. The staff members were most helpful and friendly.

Location is definitely a big plus, but even staying for a shorter time, I can say I was a little disappointed by the size of the bathroom. It was small as the one on the airplane and the shower was really weird, because entire floor area in the bathroom was wet afterwards. The beds were also confusing because the upper one was too high so we had to use the additional one that was hidden under the bunk bed, and then the room was really small.

Enough towels were provided, we had fresh air and good view on the street. Location was very good, it is a minute walk away from Tivoli Park and close to the buses that drive to the city centre. It is also accessible by foot (20-30 minutes).

The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny, but it was adequate for me. For two people sharing it would have been a tight squeeze.

Location is really close to the central station so easy to walk to when arriving in Copenhagen. It was very quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was nice with quite a choice.

I was expecting the bathroom to be ‘bijoux’ but it was smaller than I expected. Although the bedding was clean, the pillows were not great.

The staff were extremely pleasant, our room was clean, breakfast was decent, there was a spacious relaxation area off of the main reception and the location of the hotel was great as it was near the main train station and a couple of the key sightseeing attractions in Copenhagen.

The pillows could be much better. The only issue is that the cleaning staff came into the room, took the wet towels but did not provide new ones, so I ended up with no towels when I came back at night.

Great location, good quality for money. Very nice staff. Good breakfast

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I was in the Commodore room and it was very small, even for one person. The shower was particularly small, to the point where it was quite difficult to use

Location is exceptional. You’re about five minutes away from central station, and a short walk from attractions like Tivoli Gardens and the Danish Architecture Centre. The extra facilities were quite nice too. You can get breakfast (which was ok,) snacks and drinks from reception, a communal area, a garden, and bike hire for a fee.

Rooms are very small and we did find it tricky with our luggage/clothes once unpacked as there was two of us for nearly a week. But on the plus side the room was clean and fairly modern.

Really good location, so close to the train station and Copenhagen city centre. Brilliant staff and lovely communal areas in the hotel.

Window didn't close properly, room could get quite hot, unable to turn main light off at night (turning it off turned the electrical sockets off, which I needed)

Only had a balcony door that would open to let air in and it was quite a warm room. Didn’t feel comfortable to have the door open all night! I didn’t mind it, but the bathroom was actually a wet room.

Great location, so close to the centre of Copenhagen with sites like the Christiansborg Palace a short stroll away. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and plenty of towels provided.

The bathroom set up was uncomfortable. When I turned the sink on to wash my hands the shower turned on. I see the efficiency of the shower/sink system but never got it to work. The breakfast was mediocre. I asked if they had gluten free options before I arrived and that was not easy. The staff was great and offered me gluten free bread- it was a seeded roll that i did not like. I wish there had been yogurt or bananas.

The room was decent, bed was comfortable and it had a desk area that I used.
