Room is quite small, but is enough for resting after long day of walking around Copenhagen. Also you can hear guests from other rooms quite well which can be bothering during night hours. It was also strange that only one cup and only one sachet of coffee were initially in the room (room for 2).

Very good location, nice and helpful workers and convenient self check-in/out. Clean, good WiFi, kettle is available in the room.

The room was small. Had to pay an additional price to go down from a queen bedroom with a single bunk overhead to a twin room? Made no sense. Twin room slept 2, whereas the room we originally had slept up to 3, which should have been more expensive.

Well located near the train station to get into Copenhagen and across to Sweden, for an event. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

We booked a room for 3 and actually it was so tiny that we had a claustrophobic feeling. I recommend to everyone to book a larger room!

The hotel is situated close to the airport just two train stops from it. Thank you to the receptionist, when we realized that the faucet didn’t work in our room, we got upgraded immediately and got a much better room as we booked, We really appreciated her service and all her help!

I wanted milk from the reception for my tea and was willing to pay for it. Even though I could see the sachets of milk in the fridge the staff tried to tell me they didn’t have any. Would be good to add that on as a paid extra on the till so people could buy the pots of milk

The bathroom is small, but even with this, it was a good shower. When we arrived, we fell the room was a little airless and needed to open the windows.

For a short stay, this was the best option. In my case, I stayed for just one night, and the beds were really comfy and clean. The staff were really helpful and were possible to leave the car on their parking paying for the day.

For me, the only thing I will recommend is for better pillows to be provided.

The room was clean and comfortable, although a small one. However, I was expecting the room would be small and prepared myself, 🙂. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The metro station was around 10 minutes of walk, i.e. for me not very far 😁.

The bathroom is *tiny*, the shower head hose hangs from the ceiling for some reason, making it uncomfortable to use, but doable. They give you one set of paper cups to use and change it only once every three days. We think they should be replaced daily.

Close to the metro and train, easy access to the center and the airport. The bed is comfortable, the room is small, but enough for people who will spend most of the day exploring the city. The staff are kind and helpful.

The bed/pillows were not the most comfortable but wasn’t as a major issue. The room and especially the bathroom could get very warm, no air conditioning. Bathroom was very small but manageable for a short 2 night stay

The property was in a great location, very accessible by metro/train into the city centre. Ideal for short stays in Copenhagen Also the quick self check in/out machine was a very good idea and easy to manage Room was also very clean and had everything we needed for the trip

There was no aircon and it was quite hot. It was very small and sometimes quite noisy. I think it should have been around 200€ for 3 nights, not over 250€
