Excellent location. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The keyless entry was convenient. We appreciated the level of information and communication.

-The noise made by the main entrance door -The bed: it said one extra large bed, but in fact there 2 single beds joined. And 2 bed covers, making it difficult for a couple to share a bed -The tiny shower which was actually on the bathroom's floor. So if you wet it, you can't user the bathroom until it dries

-The location, very close to the metro, supermarket, good coffee shop -It is a pretty big apartment -The garden -The communication with the owner

The chairs and the table were not comfortable, high without a backrest! There is no place to sit except the beds! There is no TV!

Just one thing was concerning but I worked with it: The induction top didn't always go on right away when I pushed the power button and then would lock on.

It was perfect for me. A roomy studio with a well equipped kitchen- induction top, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and a good bathroom with space. It was close to a metro stop and had walking that varied- along the water, over bridges, parks, residential and commercial. Metro or walking into the very center pretty easy. Walk to historic sauna, circle bridge, library, grocery.

The beds were two single beds instead of a double bed, which we would’ve preferred, as it said so on the website of booking.com. Also it would’ve been nice to see any service personal to know who to contact in case of questions or concerns.

The apartment was great for a short stay in the city. It’s located perfectly for tourists right in the center of Copenhagen. It’s nicely decorated and check in/ out is super easy.

Layout of the bathroom is a bit clumsy.

We’ll equipped and comfortable apartment on a great location, only a few minutes away from the metro and the city centre is also easily reachable on foot.

Never received check in codes Walls are paper thin - other guests can be heard all night - just moving around can be heard I have stayed in better hostels backpacking. UPDATE 25th May - just received an abusive message from the property owner accusing me of complaining about 'noise in the city centre'. As someone who lives in central London, noise from the city is fine. It's the noise INSIDE the apartments that I complained about - where every move from the room next to you can be heard through the walls. Beware that youre in for a nasty message from the property owner if you say you dont like something! Proper Basil Fawlty!

Unfortunately,there were many aspects of the apartment we did not like. 1-The Apartment we see in the photo not the same 2-There was no table and chairs in the kitchen,the table and chairs were in the common area, it was impossible to have breakfast or sit in the area where the table and chairs were located 3-The door lock was broken and the door remained ajar, because it did not close completely due to do deformation 4-The room was so small that if door opened inwards,it would not be possible to get in because the bad was there! 4-There is no place to wash in the bathroom!They placed a shower fountain between the toilet and the sink. it was not possible to use after washing because everything was wet.

The location was really very nice and it was very easy to get everywhere.The building was one of the historical Danish houses,it was very pleasant for us to experience it.

The beds are connected two twin beds so sometimes you get a gap in between. The shower is not very practical but we knew about this from the pictures. It’s so hard to get permits for that in these old apartments.

The apartment is beautiful. Very close to city center and 150m from metro station. The pastel colors of the apartment, outside colors, the wood is all amazing. IT’s a true old Copenhagen experience. There is a nice beautiful courtyard. The kitchen is very practical. Very good coffee but Only lacks an espresso machine. The old windows are amazing and the apartment gets light from both sides. The wood inside is amazing.

This host cares more about their own comfort than their guests, as I will explain below. I informed in advance the host about time of arrival. Found the location with the heating off. The outside temperature was 8 C and inside it was more of the same. The walls were very cold, and the heating system is not so great, so it took until the next morning to get the room warm. Both me and my partner got a cold, which made the vacation less enjoyable. Although nobody even cared to ask if we needed some ideas, directions, or support, we were of course reminded to wash the dishes and take out the trash. It is nice to do it by yourself, not to be reminded by the host. Also, we visited in Oct, and although it was off season, which made no difference, not only the host will not let you stay past 10 00 (for understandable cleaning reasons), but you are not allowed to leave you luggage behind for a few hours until your flight. The owner DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! NOT ONE LITTLE BIT!

The location is close to the Metro Station Christianshavn. Overall is very near the city center and it is easy to move around without any need for public transit. It is also easy to travel from the Airport; as the main line from the Copenhagen Airport is the line that goes to Christianshavn Station – 30 DKK/trip/person.

While "Carolina’s Boutique Apartments" boast a prime location in a picturesque part of Copenhagen and sit within a charming, well-maintained old building, our initial experience was less than ideal. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong cigarette smoke odor in our apartment. Although a solution was eventually provided by moving us to another unit, the process was frustrating and lacked proper customer service. The term "boutique" may imply a certain luxury, but the photos online do not accurately reflect the apartment interiors. Notably, there's a lack of seating beyond the beds within the apartment and the shower's placement results in water splashing onto the toilet and sink. Additionally, cleanliness could be enhanced, as we noted hair on the ceiling of the shower. Some windows and fixtures, like the bathroom and kitchen taps, require maintenance, as some of them did not move properly, sprayed water into the kitchen or allowed for no temperature adjustment . It's worth noting that the ceilings are quite low, especially at the doorways (below 6ft). However, not all apartments are located in the attic of the house, so others might have higher ceilings.

Positively, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bedding is very comfortable and the ambiance of the apartment is cozy. Given its competitive price point in the area and its commendable location, it could be a suitable choice for those willing to overlook certain inconveniences. However, potential guests should be aware of the issues below to ensure their expectations are met.
