No privacy in the bathroom

Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better but it was by no means bad! The parking situation is a bit annoying, while it’s convenient that you can park “next door” it’s really expensive. Would be great if the hotel had some kind of discount for the near by parking garage. The breakfast was delicious and great quality, but after a few days it might lack some more variety. All very minor things. Don’t hesitate to book! :)

The location was super convenient and couldn’t have been better. Despite being on a busy street the rooms we had were facing the courtyard and it was quiet at night. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Amazing coffee at breakfast! The rooms in CPH generally tend to be smaller from what we’ve seen, but here it’s enough space for a couple of days to feel comfortable. We would definitely stay at CitizenM again no matter which location!

Would like to have an electric kettle (not coffee machine) so can have hot water for coffee and tea at our leisure.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel. Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is in the city centre and close to all the high lights of the city.

The room was very small, but functional. There was no option for tea or coffee in the room which was annoying.

It would’ve been helpful to have some USB sockets though - make sure you have EU adapters for plugs!

Really friendly, helpful and accessible staff. We were able to choose what level our room was on and check-in and also got the choice of view at no extra cost. The room itself was very modern and clean and we loved the tech features. Location was great and really accessible to the main parts of the city as well as the transport systems.

The street level entré - first reaction: What the hell is this!!!??? Up to 7th …..and a warm and professional welcome.

The entire concept from A to Z….. design, colours, decorations. …..and every single detail. And a smart move to have reception and the rest of it on 7th floor with light and fine wiew !!! Touch Down!!!

- the cleaning is not automatic and it is automatic not done the day after arrival - cannot eat our own food in the reception area because there is a restaurant - the tablet doesn’t work totally and alarm is not always working

- great bed, confortable - color of light can be customized - check in and check out easy - locker to let our bags during the day

The Citizen M is very well run! I absolutely loved their beds. They also have excellent coffee available. I can't comment on the breakfast because I didn't pay for it. Otherwise the location is incredible very central to all the main attractions!

Fantastic location with easy access to the train and metro to get around. Most tourist sites within walking distance. Nice vibe in the top floor restaurant/lobby area. Classic citizenM charm.

Entrance in hotel was dark and put me Iil at ease. I think it could be brighter and more welcoming . Not too pleased with wash aside being outside of toilet. Unhygienic using toilet door handle before washing youwas very pleased with hotel ad r hands
