Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Great location. The bed is absolutely enormous! Having an iPad to control everything was awesome. The artwork is also fabulous.

Perfect location and hotel for a short city break! Centrally located - 5 min walk from Tivoli Gardens, 2 min walk from the nearest metro station giving really easy access to the entire city. This hotel is perfect for a short weekend trip and is designed for you to get the most out of your stay. No queues at check in/out, a handy luggage room for storing your luggage after check out before your flight, 24 hours food and drink service. Room was extremely comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a short break

There aren’t any tea/coffee facilities in the room but this was a minor issue.

Modern feel with the fun touch of an iPad to control everything in the room. Bed was huge and there was a great systems for checking in and out and storing luggage.

I would have liked a kettle in the room to be able to make coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located. We opted for a room facing the courtyard as a staff member suggested this would be a quiter option when we checked in. Staff were always very friendly during every interaction which makes such a difference. The room was clean and more spacious than I anticipated. I think the value for money was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well during the 4 nights there. I did have to climb over my partner to get in/out the bed but this wasn't an issue for us. The bed is square so you can opt to sleep in a different position that doesn't mean you need to climb over the other person. This means that the bed is huge! The technology in the room was efficient and the option for luggage storage after check out was seamless. The hotel stay exceeded my expectations, especially given the price in comparison to other options in the area.

The bedsheets didn't feel properly cleaned. We even found a tick on my boyfriend the first morning after we woke up (never had one before).

We loved the size of the bed and it was very comfy, and the shower was a good size too. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn't beat the location.

If I have to name one thing, not very important, is if one needs to get off the bed to use the restroom, will need to crawl over the partner because the bed is right next to the window. That is just a very minor thing I will not mind at all.

This is the only hotel so far I already want to return before we even checked out! The staff is very responsive, friendly and caring. The room is modern and clean. The bed is comfortable. The 7th floor (registration, bar, lounge) is welcoming and comfortable! The check-in and out are efficient. The location is perfect! We are very pleased with CitizenM!

I just hope there was a kettle. It was freezing cold and best thing sometimes if you want to save up is to have a coffee in the room instead of buying expensive coffee.

The property was centrally located and very convenient. No fuss and i really like staying at CitizenM hotels. The designs are quite edgy and a very straighforward hotel.

Small room >> washbasin and vanity inside room. A frosted glazed partition cubicle incl. shower and toilet >> it might be considered as a privacy concern for some people

Rooms are a bit small but maybe that is to be expected in Copenhagen. But for 2 people it was comfortable enough for a long weekend. The bathroom design is a bit odd because the sink is outside of the bathroom area. Not a big deal but a strange design choice for me.

Clean, comfortable hotel in excellent location. Walking distance to train station so could easily get to/from airport with backpacks. Several major museums within walking distance. Also lots of restaurants/cafes/bars nearby. Staff were friendly. Didn't try the hotel breakfast but lots of cafes nearby.

The room was a little cold. But the people at the reception were immediately sort it out. Unfortunately, after leaving the room completely closed for the whole day, it can be a little cold when you return, but the room will warm up quickly in half an hour.

The room was clean and everything needed has been thought of in advance within the room. The location of the hotel is 1 metro away from all tourist attractions. After checking out, you can leave your luggage in the lockers. It's great that they have kept the standard. I would stay at Citizen M again in another city.
