The rooms are not really sound proof (I could hear what was going on in the 'twin room'). I would have appreciated a bin in the room.

The hotel is modern and very nice, the room is comfy and the bathrooms are clean. I enjoyed playing with the room lights and using the stereo.

I wish there were actual light bulbs. They use Lighting strips that change color and can be controlled via an app, but I wanted solid light (white light or warm yellow) to get ready, and some days, I didn't want to go to the bathroom when I could do basic makeup in my capsule, but the different light colors made that difficult. There are two bathrooms; the better option is bathroom 2, which has more space and seems nicer to me (the one in the pictures); they are styled the same.

Affordable accommodation near the city center, but offered some distance from everyone. The neighborhood had its own personality. There was always someone available at the facility to answer questions, they could also be reached through WhatsApp at any time. Bike rentals were simple at the facility, and there are really good restaurants nearby by and a laundromat across the street (it was confusing to us)

It’s a pity that the sauna has an opening and closing time, so I couldn’t use it in the evening as we got back late each evening 😢

Everything 🤩😍 The location is perfect, the hostel was fancy, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was super kind and helpful. Ah and the sauna! That was my favourit part.

When you go to sauna (it works from 8 am to 10 pm), you are expected to be covered. If you do not want to go in swimming suit which is not the best way how to take a sauna, there is just a larger towel from your room you can use. The size was so so for me (168 cm tall). I would really appreciate some kind of sheet to feel more comfortable. There is also little space to wait for another round of sauna. Anyway in-house sauna is amazing possibility and no necessity to book your turn is very pleasant thing.

Cool place. There is at least one host everyday who helps with everything, but you have space to be self-contained. Self check-in, self-bar, kitchen, bathroom equiped by Rituals cosmetics (there is shampoo, body wash, body lotion), hairdryer, iron. When you need any advice in the city you just write to whatsup od CityHub and they answer. Everything is clean, mornings and evenings calm, no rush, even there is a lot of guests.

Hairdryers are a bit slow, the option of straighteners would be good and a clock in the bathroom. Not 'didn't like' but would enhance the experience.

Hub was very comfortable and loved the option to change the lighting. There's a nice vibe in the hang out with people chatting or just chilling out. Bathrooms are spotless with lovely toiletries.

First time in a capsule and I can't imagine it being any better. Easy check in and check out with the band. Location was really good - close to M3 metro stop Frederiksburg Alle. Capsule was larger than I thought, especially for a solo traveler. Lights and speaker worked perfectly. Very soundproof. I was located in the back in pod 365 - super quiet, but also not too far from the bathroom. Wifi worked great everywhere in the building. Bed was super duper comfy. Showers and bathroom were great. Shampoo and soap provided (from Rituals!). Hair dryers too. Vending machines for things you forgot (like toothbrush/toothpaste). I didn't use the discounts or even the main room, but there were plenty of people drinking and and eating and working.

Wow! This property was amazing. I would love to come back to Copenhagen just to stay here again. The capsules are small, but more than enough space for two people and their bags. I loved that you could connect your phone to control the lights and music in your capsule. Towels and robes are included, and we loved going to the sauna each night. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were very spacious. I can’t wait to go back.

CityHub was very well laid out with plenty of facilities for making your own hot drinks, or buying hot drinks from them, as well as beer / soft drinks. Plenty of fridge space for storing your food/ a panini press for hot sandwiches, microwaves and airfryer.

Everything was a 10/10. The position was perfect, close to the Metro and in a chill area. Staff was amazing so as everything else. The hubs were better than expected! You can change the lights and play music inside, also they are very soundproofed so you also have privacy. Shared areas where functional and clean. 100% recommended!

We have nothing to complain about.

We really enjoyed the flexibility of all the arrangements - no brainer how to check in and out, where to leave the luggage before the airport and where we can eat whatever stuff we buy from the local supermarket, nice and easy. I really enjoyed that I can have some tea in the evening and my wife had a glass of wine, and we had coffee in the morning for affordable price. There is a sufficient number of bathrooms, the leisure area is very convenient and the location is great.
