First room we were in (11 th floor) was 28 C! Staff tried to fix AC to no result. Next day they put in a portable fan/cooler, but staff couldn’t make it work. Second night we requested another room. Older staff said, “There’s nothing we can do, we have a reservation system.” Younger staff were very helpful - got us a cooler room on the 5th floor and a fan. Also offered us breakfast at no cost. Sorry I didn’t get his name - young man was very polite and helpful. I told the older staff person that if we couldn’t get a cooler room, we’d expect him to get us another hotel.

The noise from the construction next to the hotel didn't let us sleep in the morning, it started really early. For a 4 star hotel it was missing lots of thing like slippers, body lotion

Fantastic, huge room with a terrific view of Aarhus city! An incredible breakfast spread. The staff were always kind and accommodating, and the location is a huge plus: mere minutes from the central bus stop, Aarhus Street Food and 10- minutes walking to the Latin Quarter, AROS Art Museum, Den Gamle By and other attractions. Great value for money for Denmark.

Lighting at the room could be better, a center ceiling light would make the room brighter.

1) Location proximity to my parent and Aarhus C 2) Modern and cozy 3) Your Staff was very pleasant and helpful but at times hard to find (particularly at bar/lounge) area. 4) Gym great with 24/7 access.

Everything about the stay was perfect except the super noisy construction going on outside from very early morning, which woke me up. Furthermore it was a shame there was no parking available in the basement and the parking across the street was not easy to get into the following day

Location, Room and sea view with sunrise, Friendly staff and service, smart TV with YouTube options to engage kids when necessary, nice ambience throughout the area. Initially, My wife and I were not happy with the provided pillows but then when I approached reception, they addressed it very well with a lot of options in a broucher.

Large and, quite frankly, disgusting stains on the bolster at the end of the bed, on the curtains, and on the carpeted floor in the bathroom. Staff replaced the bolster and refunded breakfast and parking costs, but the stains should not have been left there in the first place. Business corner room reserved was smaller than expected. Hotel is in an office building surrounded by construction and parking lots; closest restaurants are about 500 meters away.

Excellent breakfast. About 15 minute walk to ARoS museum, 20 minutes to Den Gamle By and to the Domkirke.
