The room was very hot, the window did not open very much and despite setting the termostat to the lowest setting of 18 degrees the temperature actually increased during the night to over 23 degrees and would not go any lower, so sadly was not the best night's sleep despite a very comfortable bed. I guess Scandinavian hotels are built for cooler weather.

Very modern, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. The location right next to Orientkaj metro stop meant it was really easy to get from the airport and city centre and there was a bus outside to the cruise terminal. It was also a great surprise to receive a free upgrade to a larger room and to be able to check-in at 11am for only 200 Dkr extra.

If you chose the room, please take in consideration that on the side of the hotel there is a new construction. The rooms on that side of the hotel are very noisy!

Very good location, 100m from the Metro and the local public ferry port. The breakfast was beautiful, large variety of foods were available.

The hotel is really good. Very near the metro station Orientkaj, and two kilometers away from the cruise port. For those that are booked in a cruise there is no better choice. Bus 25 takes you from the cruise port to the hotel. I really was happy with my choice. Not to mention the breakfast that is awesome!

The room we stayed in has a wardrobe area with a frosted glass window. Because the glass window was only frosted, it was not able to stop outside light coming into the beds! I had to use giant pillows standing on a bedside table to shield lights from getting onto my toddler so that she could fall asleep.

I like the modern decoration of the hotel. The bed was big and spacious. It’s very close to a Metro station and bus stop - very easy to get to tourist attractions. Breakfast has lots of varieties and is delicious. They have a gluten-free station.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfy and the staff is really welcoming. I enjoyed neighbourhood very much: it's very modern as well, you can feel the breeze from the sea and if you don't feel like walking, just hope on a subway and in 10 minutes you will arrive in the city centre.

The price was quite high for the size of the room. We asked for a cleaning lady by scanning a QR code but no one showed up.

The location was fine. Right next to the metro station. Quiet streets and very nice view. Our room was an inside one with view to a garden.

The rooms cleaning system was not really great and understandable. But at the same time, if we wanted clean towels, the reception itselt brought it to us.

The loction is great, beside metro and ferry station. Very good connection with citycentre. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

We stayed at the hotel because we participated in the Copenhagen Marathon. The hotel did not seem to have thought about the race being on that weekend. I saw many people in the reception with the raceback, so they could at least have figured it out Saturday afternoon. In the breakfast buffet, there was not enough white bread, oats, and milk as there were many participants. I would suggest next year to consider starting breakfast half an hour before and having enough of that type of food, as it is VERY needed on race day. HOWEVER, if you are not staying due to a race, then the buffet was absolutely lovely.

The rooms were nice and clean. The location was within walking distance from the city and close to the metro station. There was a pleasant atmosphere at the hotel. Lastly, there were lovely opportunities for parking. The bar has lovely non-alcoholic drinks opportunities.
