I stayed at this hotel twice, most of staffs are very professional. Except one lady at Front desk, with nose ring, only her is not professional. I told her twice we have registered our vehicle whenever checked-in, and also use credit card on file, but when I checked out, she still insisted we need pay parking with separate payment method, even I asked her to check on file credit card and vehicle information again. No patient!! Finalized she figured out it was her fault. But she never said apologized.

Hotel is very centrally located within walking distance to all main attractions. Staff were friendly and welcoming & the hotel rooms are beautiful. Our stay was lovely - will certainly be back.

the lobby was not well lit- a bit too dark even in day time.

the rooms were small but very carefully thought out, exceptional design and quality . I had the room with the sea view. the staff were very helpful, and very friendly. The ice machine at the end of the corridor worked - it never fully does in some hotels and the minibar was great.

It's a pity that the breakfast was not included in the room price. In a 5* hotel the breakfast must be included in what you pay for the room and not added on top at a very high extra charge.

Both the location and the room were fantastic! The room was very spacious and cozy and the staff was nice and always accommodating. I enjoyed every second!

Staff were rude upon check in. Didn’t make your stay feel special or very welcoming. Ladies especially rude, took payment and told us to return at 2pm for checkin, we arrived very early as we had an early flight from the UK. Check in staff gave us no details about the hotel and amenities. The staff let our stay down, just look at you as a number and not a guest.

Location is 10/10 Really great bedrooms & bathroom. Small rooms but a really lovely standard, bed very comfortable and a powerful rainfall shower. Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom a lovely touch.

There were renovations and we were not made aware of them so we turned up and the best part of the hotel in the waterfront was not accessible.

The location was great and very central. Could walk to pretty much anywhere in central Copenhagen.

Could be a little bit closer to the centre but good location over all. Breakfast was really expensive so we didn’t try it.

Beautiful room, in love with the vibes. The details in the bathroom were so beautiful, all in gold. Also, we got upgraded without asking and for free (bigger room and with a view). Really really comfortable bed, it was like sleeping in a cloud.

The sauna room was very messy, towels from previous people all over the floor. Our phone in our room didn’t work and our room was incredibly hot! The staff did everything they could to rectify it though and we were really happy with that.

We couldn't get the tv to sync with our phones. Would of liked some Netflix/Disney/Amazon Prime app to connect to or some English channels. The self check in iPad could of worked but had to speak to a staff at front desk to process everything.

Room was upgraded from what I booked. It was beautiful and two level. The bathroom and entire space was the cleanest I have every experienced compared to other European countries I've visited. In my history of travelling, I never showered in a hotel with no flip flops on except for Admiral Hotel - that's how clean it was to me! Exceptionally clean and well designed room with practical space and overall was very clean, spacious, and cozy. Can't beat the Danish design of this hotel. Location was not bad but a little bit of a walk from central. Would be nice in the summer but we were there on a cold windy day. Overall the location was still very very good and close to central. We didn't eat at the hotel.

Only downside is that there is no AC to cool down the room, but during winter time that is not very problematic

Super comfortable and spacious bedroom. We got an upgrade when we arrived, they gave us one of the rooms with sea view, so it was quite perfect! It’s also super central, so we walked mostly everywhere.

Our room although cute, was TINY. There was Maybe 4-6 inches between the bed and the wall to get around to the window, table and other side of room.

The hotel is very cool and unique. The location is amazing and only a 5 minute walk from Nyhaven. Bed was comfortable too.

The hotel is within a stones throw of the palace, also from the main NYHAVN area, easy get to from two train stations, we didnt use them but there were always taxis outside, short walk from a lot of the main attractions, staff were really friendly on reception and the porters were very nice. Its really central but kind of just out the way, so you feel away from the hustle and bustle
