I would have liked to know that the room had to be reached by going up and down several lifts so I could have chosen another option.

The breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was a bit complex to locate going up and down the lifts but overall, it was very good.

Nothing really - maybe the breakfast could have a bit more selection in terms of pastries but that's it.

Room was very clean, comfortable. Staff was very nice, check-in and check-out were really fast and efficient. Can't expect more really.

Bit strange to get to the rooms, bit long winded involving going up and down different floors.

The location is very central, The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the wellness area. Was great for the price.

Toilet needs to be refurbished - too old. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. It was too hot in the room we woke up several times in the night to go get some air.

There's no aircondition in the room - just a fan. Problem getting sleep because of hight temperature in the room, despite of 16-17 degrees outside. No fridge, which means no place to cool water, drinks etc.

Good location. Nice and cozy facilities for breakfast. Food's tasty.

The layout of the hotel is indeed not logical. We had to travel with three elevators from the reception to the room. We had to walk through an open fitness center to get to our room. Very confusing. The fitness center does of course smell, which would have been nice not to be part of your stay (when not using the gym). The size of the rooms are not big. When booking we saw that the rooms are 14sqm, so we were aware before booking the room.

Hot and Cramped Room: Despite the hotel's modern façade, I was disappointed by the room's condition. The room felt uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning system seemed insufficient to cool down the space adequately. Additionally, the room's small size made it feel cramped and limiting during my stay. Limited Ventilation: The lack of proper ventilation in the room further exacerbated the hot and stuffy ambiance, making it challenging to find relief from the heat.

Modern Architecture: The hotel's exterior boasted a sleek and contemporary design, which created a visually appealing first impression upon arrival. Convenient Amenities: Hotel DGI-Huset offered several convenient amenities, including a fitness center, spa facilities, and a well-maintained swimming pool, providing opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

Way too warm in the room and the kids’ beds were a bit too “temporary” for our taste. Not enough “family” equipment in the rooms. eg more chairs.

Our room was on the other side of the building and we had to go through a lot of levels and floors to get there with both a kid and a lot of luggages.

Rooms are fairly small, and toilets/bath fulfill need but nothing more. It feels a little to scraped and minimalistic

You pass gym facilities on the way to/from room - so a great nudge to do some sports

The rooms were slightly less clean than i would of expected for the price, bit dusty in places and charging points are a bit too far .. could do with more USB ports in places.

Spa and Gym are perfect. Facilities are convenient, Sauna has a session where you get a 10 min assisted herb steam distribution and fan to sweat more and refresh the lungs. Very impressive. Gym is very well equipped.

Also the cup for the tea is...rather weirdly small. It barely holds the tea bag not mentioning you have to drink something ;-)

Great sauna sessions and jacuzzi. Nice vicew from the hotel and comfortable beds. Open buffet for breakfast, good selection of products.

The awful pillows. Can you please change them to memory foam pillows. The mattress and bedding was lovely.
