Shower is in the middle of the bathroom with only a curtain so the water gets everywhere and the room gets dirty

I don’t mind a hostel but this was more for younger people and less family oriented. Also, the elevator takes forever during busy hours.

This was an affordable way to stay in Copenhagen.

The bathrooms in the room are too small, without shelf to put our hygieny stuff and the hangers too small for our clothes. In a mixed room this makes a lot of difference, since some people don't feel comfortable in change in front of others. In 3 days nobody from the hotel cleaned the toilet and, of course, some people are not so tidy as the others, so it was harsh to share 1 toilet with 8 people without a proper cleaning.

The room was warm and comfortable. The location was perfect, the streets very clean and not noisy. The hotel offered very good food, I had dinner there and I can recommend it! All staffs are friendly and the hotel offer a lot of games and different parties and happy hour.

In a mixed-dorm room with 8 beds, there were two showers but just one WC - super inconvenient since there were no common WCs on the floor either. The elevator was quite small and really really slow.

The beds were hard. Not many amenities available for use in the bar downstairs. No opportunity to cook own food. Staff were not the most pleasant or helpful depending on the time of day.

The property was in a great location. Only a few streets away from main walking area and access to main tourism locations. Had a grocery store opposite which was very handy!

Bunks in dorms didn’t have privacy curtains but this is increasingly common. Not something I would mark down on but might be important for people when booking.

AMAZING location!!!! easy check in process despite my late arrival due to a delayed flight and staff were super helpful.

Had to hire towels (40 per towel for the stay). Very noisy in the early morning (was on the side of the building facing the street it was on though).

Parking was quite expensive as it was the city center. Besides that there were some tiny bits which weren’t thaaat clean, but as a young traveler I didn’t really care actually.

The location was absolutely amazing. Also the facilities were great and the double room was nice. Besides that it was a great place to get to know some people, as they were a lot of activities and a really cool common area.

The position is great, near the city centre and the metro station. The always-open reception and the fast check-in and check-out options are great for their flexibility. The hostel also offers nice events which are nice for young people or students; the bar discounts which are provided are appreciated too.

As the hostel was overcrowded, there was shortage of soap. Not all beds had functional individual sockets and lights in room 610.

The hostel is located next to Kongens Nytorv. The bed is comfortable. The staff was very polite and professional.

The club in the building is quite loud until after midnight. We didn't mind tho, but I guess its not for everybody

Not cleaned once throughout 4 day stay, shower was basically just a floor sink in the bathroom and it was kinda blocked, water was not going away properly, very tough to take a shower and whole bathroom was flooded afterwards

It’s situated near pubs and bars so it can get noisy at night (especially on the weekends)

Location is superb, it’s a short walk from the metro station that connects all the train lines and I could walk to the famous landmarks too. The beds were comfortable and staff were helpful
