I would have liked to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Breakfast excellent. building quaint and attractive, views magnificent, staff helpful and friendly, location marvellous. It was convenient to have a pool.

There was unfortunately lack of cleaning in the room , found several spiders and spider webs in the bathroom and bedroom. Shampoo and conditioner would have been a plus to have too. Happy hour from 4 to 5pm? How about 7 to 9?

Really good breakfast including waffle maker and different type of "home made" breads and cheese. Nice selection of fruits. There was an indoor swimming pool which we enjoy during our stay. In town hotel! staff was really kind. There was also access to a "game" old-furnished room with pool, foosball table, and lots of books to read. really like the building construction of the hotel kind of old-hotel place with an outdoor "beer garden" place in the middle.

Not a big fan of the shower room (wet room). Found water flowing all over the place

The location was good. The breakfast was also good (as was the general breakfast area). Room had a good view out to the sea as well..cant argue with that.

A better selection of items at breakfast. The staff did not seem friendly. The cleaners came to the room too early. The towels were too small.

Checkout at 10 am is too early for a holiday accommodation. I felt being kicked out :) Breakfast is quite basic. The room was quite clean, but outside you see cobwebs here and there.

Location is central. There is a terrace with a sea view. Coffee/tea facilities.

I think that the privacy level isn’t the best, we can hear all the neighbors noises and the curtains aren’t light blocking enough.

The property is located in the heart of the city and has a lot to offer, between the rooftop, the sea view, the delicious breakfast, the swimming pool or the sunny courtyard.

Nice staff. Excellent heated billard table! We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day. Central placement in a really nice town. Visited the local harbour bar/restaurants and the food was really good.

The pool was cold so we were a bit disappointed of that.

Simple but clean and has everything you need. The breakfast-buffe was big and great, it was the best i’ve had in denmark! The location is just by the beautiful harbor and has most of the restaurants in Gudhjem just a few minutes walk reach.

It would be better if we have a chance to cook our food selv. I saw from the hotel's advertise that l thought that l could get a family room with kitchen. But l did not. The room has smell of old carpet, even the carpet looks new.

The waffel is our favourite meal in the breakfast. There are not many guests at the hotel even in this summer holiday, so we enjoy very much our holiday in Gudhjem. The hotel's location is perfect. It is near to the port and at the centre of the city. We can reach all the restaurant we want and the busstops.

Hard to find something to put a finger on with this hotel, it seems to not fall short in any certain area, which is what I would say is the biggest plus here. The beds weren't suited for me for sleeping, but that is personal taste, so don't read too much into that.

Breakfast was varied and solid with a nice relaxed feeling in the dining room. The hotel had a nice indoor pool, which we didn't know before arriving, as well as many big living spaces to spend time and relax in between activities. Amazing vibe in the court yard in the afternoon sun when refreshing drinks were served at decent prices. It even has a few roof terraces with lookout over the picturesque town of Gudhjem.

The staff was very friendly. Allowed me to keep my luggage before check-in and checkout as well. They have followed all covid regulations. The location of the Hotel is perfect, We have restaurants, Super Markets around it. Beach is just a few minutes away.

Rooms are bigger then expected, nice simply furniture, comfortable bed, clean. Plenty of hangers for clothes and towels in bathroom and room. Breakfast was good quality with nice choice . Swimming pool is also great addition, bigger then expected for small hotel. We also enjoy sitting in courtyard. We ware there in September, guests ware mostly older people.

The hotel is very old with old carpet in most places. The rooms had no windows but only a glass door onto a corridor where all other guests passed. So zero privacy. The double room had only space for two small beds and no space even to open a suitcase.The bathroom had no proper shower so that after the shower the whole bathroom was completely wet. But the bathroom was equipped with a floor mop to help you sweep the water into the sink!!! The hotel provided hot water and coffee but we found both jugs empty.

Only breakfast because the hotel and especially our rooms were really below reasonable standards
