The internet connection very intermittent to non existent

The location is perfect for waiting for ferry, and getting off ferry. Stayed here twice last year and twice this year. The staff are always very helpful Cabins are excellent.

With two smaller children, it was challenging to not have any railings on the bunk beds. In Future we would bring a Small blow up or standing railing.

The cabin was spotless, so comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The views to the ocean were wonderful, and it was a great starting point for some walks.

having to pay extra for bedding, towel and shower. could do with somewhere to get food, as restaurant’s in town seem to close early. really nit picking the place is perfect.

Not having running water inside our cabin. But I know some others have. Really not a big deal.

There are different levels/grades of huts. I accidentally booked a hut without running water. I wish the website (booking.com) would have been more specific about that as an option.

The Camping is in a superb location at the very northern tip of Denmark. The view is second to none and the hut I rented of a very high standard and very good value for money. The village of Hirstshalls is close and there are some superb restaurants not far away. If you are after a real camping experience and a great location in Denmark, this place is definitely the place to go. I was taking the ferry to Norway in the morning after and this place is only 15 minutes away and the most cost effective option if you need to arrive the night before your early AM departure.

Showers need to be paid for separately (not included in the price). It might be good to try to accept (or make space for) more tents in the season since that's the only camp in Hirtshals and it's also quite an important "strategic" spot for backpackers and other travelers (because of the ferries etc.). Nearest groceries are around a 15 min walk from the camp (but it's of course not property's fault). Nevertheless, camp reception sells some food and also fresh bread every morning.

The staff was very nice, kind and helpful. The room (family bungalow) was cozy, clean and spacy. The location is in a quiet area near the beach with beautiful scenery and a walking path. The bathrooms were clean too.

The campground lacks some atmosphere, but as most people stay only for a night or two it doesn’t really matter.

Very modern cabins on a well tended camping ground. Cabins are close to the playground, the showers, etc.

We were greeted with kind and helpful staff. The campground was clean and felt safe. We absolutely LOVED the cabin - it was perfect for two cyclists and we had a lovely evening and stay. The beach is close and beautiful! The bathrooms and showers were clean and centrally located. In addition, the coffee machine was excellent!

There were many, many flies and no screens on the windows of the cabins.

Showers were cold unless you paid. Just having that on the website when booking would be great so we could prepare for that.

The cabin we stayed in was perfect. It was warm, had all the facilities we needed like a fridge and hob. The views from the campsite were incredible too. About a 20 minute walk to a supermarket which was ideal.
