the lift! make sure you dont get a room close to the lift, it’s so noisy whenever it’s running, and it’s running all the time

Great position and parking available in front on the door. Limo fitness studio really next door allows use with a discount for hotel guests. Also several restaurants in the neighbourhood have discounts. The Buddha Bowl Project is worth a visit.

Bathroom floor was freasing. A smal carpet could fix that.

Great location, exseptional view, easy to find, very quiet and comfortable. Special thanks for wather kettle in the room. Velje has very few places to drink hot tea, so hotel saved our day :) Also, our booked room was somehow occupied, but we have got bigger one with no exstra charge.

Soft bed

Location was central. Parking was easy to find, but not being able to read danish I struggled to know what to do. So I just walked to hotel to get the pass.

The shower is separate from the bathroom, located in the middle of the room all made out of see through glass. Would have been nice for them to stick a translucent sticker so wouldn't be that exposed. Minibar wasn't working and I have requested something from Room Service and the person who answered told me they do not do that even though there is a menu. Upon check out the reception staff, polite, told me that the minibar they weren't aware so they probably fixed it after, however when mentioned about room service he said that is strange i was told that and it is a room service but to be picked up by myself from somewhere. They were nice enough to make a discount on the parking which was much appreciated I have another stay soon and let's see then

-the breakfast is very bland -very small sink in the bathroom (I witnessed this in other Danish accommodations as well) -the bed is a bit narrow

-great location close to the bus/train station -clean room -kind and helpful staff but they can be a bit slow

The only thing I would change is the curtain in the bathroom. I prefer a closed shower, glass or others.

The hotel is two steps far from Bus and train station, in front of the cinema, restaurants, shopping mall and at the beginning of the main central way for shopping, restaurants and others.

Noise from the corridor doors, eventually ended up with earplugs.

Great location nearby public transport, excellent view, warm, great deal with the nearby restaurant (very good quality and affordable).

Single beds were really small in width also whoever designed the shower, failed miserably, water all over the floor.

The room wasnt as clean as it could be, there were some stains on doors and the carpet wasnt cleaned. The bathroom was ok but some more shampoo and body shower would be better. No free parking but with a fee(payed at the Hotel) there is a parking 50 meters away.

Biggest issue was I was on the 4th floor and I don't like going in lifts or waiting for the lifts (there were two small ones), but there are no stairs down from the 4th floor upwards, apart from the emergency stairs, which sets of the alarm if used. Also, the aircon in the room didn't seem to work, so the room was a little warm at night, so I had to open the window to get some cooler air in (this was in October).

The Captain's room was just right for my short stay. Bed was comfortable, a kettle was provided, the bathroom was clean with a nice big shower, there was plenty of hot water, and the room was warm. There was a desk to sit at if I needed to. The TV was good, and I managed to plug my Amazon firestick into its HMDI slot and get that working with a VPN installed, to keep up-to-date with the news from home. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from restaurants and the main shops of Vejle, and just 5 mins from the train and bus station. There is a bus to Billund airport which cost about £7 one way and took 20 - 30 mins. The bus routes are plentiful, reasonably priced and easy to use. They use a zone system, and you buy a ticket from a machine for the zone you're travelling to before boarding. And from Vejle station, the train to Copenhagen takes about 2 hours. A supermarket is also very close to the hotel. Breakfast was worth it for me, as that set me up for the day. I didn't feel I needed much for lunch after having a big breakfast. The danish bread varieties at breakfast were excellent and the waffle maker in the breakfast area was a nice touch!
