Eco friendly Interior Location Staff

I can’t say I didn’t like something. Just there were things which were unusual, such us curtains in the shower :)

The hotel is very friendly to visitors. You can feel you are welcome - bottle for the water, coffee cups, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion… Everything leaves very good impression and warms the heart. Check-in is early (15) and check-out is late (12). Love it!

Wasn't a fan of the reed diffusers in the rooms. The fragrance is quite strong an takes over the entire space (including the hall). I ended up moving it to the bathroom during my stay.

Balconies looked over charming back courtyards. The location was close to many good restaurants and a great bakery. The hotel is in an active neighborhood by day. Rooms in the back were quiet.

I’m from London, not the world’s cheapest city, so I was surprised at how expensive Copenhagen was and that includes accommodation costs. But given that so much was twice UK prices, the hotel bill compared favorably to other Danish options.

The staff were warm and welcoming, my room was cleaned each day and the tea/coffee supplies replenished. Although quite small, the room was comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Great hotel, room had everything we needed. Great vibe in the reception area in the evening, enjoyed a drink or two! Walkable to the main area and lots of good surrounding bars and restaurants.

The elevator was a bit bouncy so hopefully they can get that fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had lovely weather so we could really enjoy sitting out in the garden. Also enjoyed having our delicious breakfast on the terrace. Our rooms were quiet, comfortable and appreciated all the eco friendly vibe of the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Balcony can be made more cosy.

The Guldsmeden hotels are all very nicely decorated with an environmental friendly touch. Staff is friendly and rooms a good size and comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel has a nice lobby, a prize winning breakfast, a roof terrace and some rooms have balconies. The hotel was conveniently located for my purpose and close to the center. The location itself isn't very special. Price good for what has been offered.

Couldn't fault anything and especially liked that they tried to make everything as sustainable and eco as possible. Great place in which I would definitely stay again!

No lights on balcony, blinds didn’t go all the way to floor so room very light, toilet roll too thin, no hand towel, put a fridge in every room, not enough coat hangers.

Great location 10 minutes from town, beds were great, balcony was good, water bottles nice addition, safe helpful and the staff really friendly. Bar area was so peaceful. Check in and out very smooth.

It is not an economical hotel, but for this standard cant fault it, and would definitely stay there again.

The location looking out into the park is very attractive. Local transport was convenient and its a nice area to walk in. The staff were very helpful and the rooms quiet and comfortable.

The room was small. You couldn't really move astound easily in it. You could also hear the sound from the other rooms. The lift was very bouncy and left me feeling dizzy on arrival to my floor. 😵

It was very eco-centric! The room was well stocked with all you needed - the regular hotel things like bath and hand washes, but also had lovely oils, combs, tooth brush and tablet tooth paste. The balcony was welcome, as the room was kind of small, so it made it feel less claustrophobic.

The bedframe was very dusty... and you can hear sounds between rooms a little bit.

Your staff is simply excellent - the women working at the lobby check-in were just a pleasure to talk to and expertly dealt with all of our questions and needs!

There wasn't much we didn't like about this space.

The location was great and within walking distance to the meat packing district where we spent most of our time. The room was cosy, but quite small.
