There is a bit of lack of storage in the room but we made do. The bed is smaller than we're used to but super comfortable. We had an extra pillow which we used but the cleaners didn't bother putting a pillowcase over it! The issue we didn't like was how late the room was cleaned. Some days we went back to the hotel to relax a bit before heading out again between 3.30/4pm and the room hadn't been done yet which was a bit annoying.

Location is excellent with metro stop right across the hotel. There is also a couple of cafes and supermarkets nearby. Also Field's which is a shopping mall which is equipped with a lot of different shops and restaurants/food stalls. The staff is very nice and helpful and always greet you with a smile. The bathroom was good sized and room wasn't too big but it was big enough for us as we didn't spend a lot of time there. There's a little seat near the table and you can sit there to have a coffee and look out the window which I absolutely loved. They gave us an upgrade so we went up to the top floor and it was very kind 😊

I wish the price would be lower, but compared to other options in Copenhagen, the overall price/value was ok.

It is a good hotel, 20 min to the Airport, 15 min to the city center. The Metro station is just in front of the hotel 12 min walk (1 metro stop) from a big shopping mall (with supermarket) There is a good bakery just next to the hotel.

The hotel staff made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Especially noteworthy was their excellent approach towards children, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Great job, thank you very much! The hotel itself is in a great location, in a quiet part of the city, with a metro line running regularly, so we could reach the city center in no time. A definite asset was the option to rent bikes and experience cycling in one of the best places for it in the world. The room was very clean and functional, the breakfasts were very good (excellent coffee!). We felt at home and will come back to you!

Just returned from our stay @ Ibis Styles, wow, wow, wow!! Great location (right next to the tube), Staff who seriously could not do enough for you & went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Luke was fabulous in sharing his knowledge about Copenhagen & recommending places to visit/see and things to do & most importantly how to get to them which was greatly appreciated. We received a free upgrade on our room which was really lovely & spotlessly clean. Free hot drinks available from the machine on the lower level all day if required, an exquisite bakery 2 minutes from the hotel if you don't choose to have breakfast @ the hotel. I would highly recommend Ibis Styles to anyone visiting Copenhagen & we would stay here again in a heartbeat if we return!! Thank you for everything & making our stay so enjoyable!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (5 stars! For a superior twin room it was quite small. Our other friend had a double room and it was the same size but just a double bed. Rest was all great.

Rooms were clean and tidy, if a little small. Staff were excellent. We dealt with Frida and Anna mostly and they were both brilliant. Breakfast was well stocked and we ate there each morning. Would use this hotel agin. Really useful to have the metro station right outside the hotel too.

At the 6:30 in the saturday morning construction has started in the building. It may have nothing to do with the hotel management however the voice kept us awake really early on our vacation.

The hotel is really close to the metro station. Facilities were clean and the stuff was friendly. Rooms are really nice.

I adore the style in which the room was set up. It felt like a modern design with a personal touch and it made me feel at home. Throughout my visit, I was interacting with the staff, with the services and the style of the hotel and I was thinking - that is how I've always imagined things should be in a hotel. The graffiti in the lobby and the vibrant style at the entrance were superb.

Some more fruit could have been served and offered at breakfast. Hotel was not cheap. The pillow was a little bit too stiff.

We had a great stay at Ibis Styles. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was various and tasted well. Just 1 minute outside the hotel was a metro station. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean and well organized.

The hotel had a wide variety for the breakfast, croissant pancakes, danish pastry with cheese,, BUT it was highly expensive,with irrational price. We paid roughly 25 euro for one person. It is irrational even in Europe. The room was very dark and we smelled smoke many times. I think because of the ventilation not being efficient enough.

Metro and the airport was really close. It was easy to get by metro. The city centre is 20 minutes away only. The personnel was nice. It was really clean.

The neighborhood as well as the facilitties of the hotel where really great. Within 10 mins with tram you can be at the old centre of the city.
