Nice hotel, comfy beds, soundproof rooms, and clean. Restaurant onsite. Extremely expensive.

The hotel is of good quality, yes, and therefore you expect to pay a premium price for staying. Nevertheless the pricing was in our case through the roof, probably due to the fact that we had to book only weeks before travel. I do not think that late booking is all-together a fair reasoning for multiplying regular prices. We would have stayed a little longer if not for this reason.

Very nice hotel, with some fun activities for kids and two playgrounds outside. The beds are extremely comfortable, room is clean and soundproof; thus your much needed sleep/rest after fun days at Legoland is guaranteed ;) Location is next door to Legoland and only few minutes walk to Lalandia with Aquadome (small indoor waterpark), minigolf, bowling, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and has some nice choices. We dined only once at the hotel´s restaurant, but the food was good, the ice-cream fabulous, and all drinks included.

Staff at reception was very young and inexperienced. Service and guest relations could have been improved.

Excellent for families, kids loved the place.

the bathroom is very simple and small the food: two nights and exactly the same on the menu. the quality of the ingredients is good but the menu set up is very basic. the facilities are a bit basic for the price.

the location is unbeatable very child oriented the quality of the bed and the towels

Really excellent design. Must see for AFOLs while visiting Legoland. Still bit expensive but you this is most of the time one time travel. Highly recommended

breakfast and evening buffet was awful. We could not find anything to eat at the buffet except French fries (which is not a complete meal). The soda and juices also always tasted like water. The kids did also not like it, very expensive and zero ambition for flavour

You do have to book times for breakfast and dinner which can leave you with a time that doesn’t suit if the hotel is busy and you haven’t booked far enough in advance

Couldn’t be closer to legoland which was great with young kids. Staff were friendly. Also close to bus for connecting to other parts of denmark

Too expensive for what they offer. Plan for one night stay and buy 2-day legoland ticket at the hotel lobby.

The parking is free ONLY IF YOU TAKE A SPECIAL CARD (PERMIT) FROM HOTEL. Very strange policy. If you pay 500€ overnight, I expect the parking to be free if comunicated like that on Booking. Unless you have that permit, you will get a FINE of 650 DKK. Be careful! Buffet dinner is overpriced with the poor choice of food. Not worth the money.

Kids were thrilled to sleep in the “castle” as knights

Less common areas for kids to play than in the Legoland Hotel. Our room was quite dark and not really cozy. The breakfast is nothing special. I don't understand why the Castle Hotel is more expensive than the Legoland hotel. I was a bit disappointed.

The rooms are slightly bigger than in the Legoland hotel. The decorations are nice and beds comfortable.

Restaurant is TERRIBLE. We went for breakfast and dinner buffet 2 days. Breakfast was included in the room so I guess not too bad, although the food could use some improvements. Avoid the dinner buffet at all costs. The price is ridiculously high (around 170€ for 2 adults and a 6yo + 2yo), and the food is some of the worst we’ve had at a buffet. Basically you pay for chicken nuggets and Lego fries… Both nights the dinner was the exact same selection of foods. Alcohol is unlimited, but not many families will choose to drink that much with small children around, so not even that justifies the sky high prices. Stay away from this and go to the nearby resort with much more and better options.

Location is superb as it is 1 minute walking distance to Legoland. The hotel is cute and decorated with Lego all around, including the rooms, our family love it! Room was spacious and included bunk beds for the kids at their own separate area (own tv as well). A box of Lego was also provided for kids to play in the room.

The ambiance is very dull, staff are not enthusiastic and it lacks warmth and atmosphere. It’s difficult to get information. The service is limited. It is like an all inclusive resort with frozen food and limited options. Breakfast is also poor.

The property is walking distance to Legoland, and the rooms are spacious and clean.
