Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

BelgiumVery stylish (Lego Nindja), in that it was an exceptional experience. Very close to Legoland. Excellent dinner but bit disorganised for having a simple tea with milk in the morning - need to run to 3 different corners… 😀 Also the free available Wi-Fi could be stronger (but th one with password worked, although I needed to run back to reception desk to get it).

NetherlandsThe cabin can accommodate up to 6 persons. All the necessary stuff is in there. Unlike other camping sites we’ve visited before, this one was quite at night! The matrass was very comfortable, even the sofa bed was very comfortable too. Enough room for my baby to crawl and there’s plenty activities to do around the site besides visiting the Legoland. It’s 10 minutes walking to Legoland. Very convenient!

FinlandVery bad pillows, like a stone. I had a horrible headache all the time. There is no air condition in the cabin, even with open windows it was too hot. Breakfast was overloaded, too much people and no good food
Very cozy and pretty new cabin. All you need is there. Enough place for 4 people and 2 small gods. Very good dinner and there is no people if you come till 6pm.

KuwaitNot only you need to pay extra for bedsheets and towels, you also need to make your own bed and then get it undone when you are leaving. I know it's a camp but when you pay for a cabin, I think, beds should be made. Although cabin seemed clean, there was a lot of dust. Kitchenette was extremely tiny, equipped with only camping two burner. Double bed was really on the small size, with one side of the bed stuck to the wall. It was a warm day in Denmark, the cabin tends to get really warm. Although windows helped, AC would have been nice. Terrace seating was just simply uncomfortable.
-Easy touch screen self check-in. -Wonderful clean camp grounds, with playgrounds for younger kids all around the camping. -Amazingly friendly stuff. -Cabin is tiny but sleeps 5 quite comfortably. -Good curtains( you really do need good curtains if you want to get good sleep in Denmark) -Large dining table is a nice feature. -Fun treasure hunt for kids on the grounds.

LatviaBed sheets could have been included in the cabins price, because additional 50(!)€ for 3 nights seemed a bit too much.
The cabins village was very interresting for kids, because it is decorated with lots of Lego thematic things and there are a lot of fun things to do in the evenings and mornings.

CroatiaThe mattresses on the beds are not comfortable. They charge extra for bed sheets, duvet cover and towels, so if you're traveling by car, bring from home! They charge extra if you don't clean up the dishes. There is no basic amenities (for example coffee, tea bags or salt) even though there is a small kitchen. Overall, the price is way too high for the included services it offers.
The cabin is super cool, convenient parking for the car by the cabin. The location is within a short walk distance from Legoland. Check in 24/7.

United KingdomThe facilities inside the cabins are a little too basic. We didn’t feel we could unpack properly as there was nowhere to hang things or a place for toiletries. No toaster ,microwave or space to store food. Hiring bedding and towels which aren’t included, is charged at around £11 per person. Customers need to be made aware of the cost when booking as this can add a lot to a family holiday.
We loved the Ninjago theme of the cabins. The children spent every spare minute in the brilliant play areas and on Go Karts, and hardly any time on their devices. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were always friendly and helpful. The proximity of the Cabins to everything else in the area is ideal with lots of attractions, including Legoland, within walking distance. The area is flat and accessible to anyone using mobility aids.
