We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyFood and drinks very expensive, but Denmark is an expensive country. A bottle of water at the hotel's bar was 35 koronas (5€) so be prepared to pay a lot.
We liked everything, especially the many spaces for children to play and have fun. Staff was welcoming and nice, everything we asked or needed was provided (except a shower cap). Breakfast was good and rich, restaurant provides good food (a-la-carte menu) and that was a nice surprise for us as first-timers in Denmark. Great cocktails at the hotel's bar and a very pleasant fireplace where to heat-up and relax.

United Statesfront desk. went at least 3 times to ask about transportation from hotel to airport. at all times front desk said everything would be easy. I told them what time I need to leave and the day. all of them said it should be easy and only takes 5 mins. on the day I went in the morning to again ask because I need a transpo or pick up by 3pm. again front desk said to just come to the front desk and they will call. At 3pm, there were a lot of guests. they were overwhelmed and she said only 1 taxi is available but I would have to wait about an hour. this is not the first time that we have December 31 and I am sure this is not the first time the hotel had December 31. it does not skip so the hotel should have anticipated any issues re transpo. after half hour and constant reminder or demand., front desk said I will give you the phone number so you could call!!!! I went to the front desk at least 3 times and as well as the morning to ask about it only to be asked an hour after I was suppose to leave to call????

SpainThe only thing I can say is that some corners of the room had spider's web.
What I liked the most is the joy of my daughter. She enjoyed every single space, except the dragon in the entrance, what made her feel scared. The breakfast was perfect, the staff so helpful, and the top was they offered an early check in with a high extra fee that we refused, but when we arrived they gave us the room with no extra fee. Super detail! In short: if my kid was happy, we were also.

I loved the fact that when we got into our room both our kids had a small goody bag ready on their pillow full of chocolate, lego and healthy snacks. I also loved the location of Legoland hotel and kids zone near our room.

RomaniaI think on some aspects it could have a makeover as the walls and door from the room had some scratches. Also some of the lego sculptures would need some better cleaning.
Perfect hotel for lego fans as this hotel is build around lego theme. There is a bus station in front of the hotel and it's close to lego house and across the street from legoland. The breakfast was great and my son really loved the room and kids zone. The stuff was very helpful and nice.

LithuaniaThe room has indeed a good atmosphere, but it's noticeable, that the furniture is quiet old. I tried to pull out one of the shelves at the closet and the front panel left in my arms, because two screws were not tightened. Also, when we entered the room we didn't find the switcher for the main light, I asked from the reception to fix this., and the assistant said, that the hotel is old and the switcher could be higher near the closet. I found it almost near the ceiling! The child and my wife couldn't physically even get to it, because of its height.
Bought a pirates room for a family with child. Activities: * What we liked most, just after we enter the room there were little presents from lego and snacks for a kid, that were lying on kid's bed. * LEGO is everywhere in the hotel. On every step there are a lot of spaces and activity corners, where children can play. * There is also a shop at the hotel with good variety of LEGO choice, branded cloths, snacks etc. Restaurant: * Breakfast was the same every day, however there is a good variety of choice. Lactose free / organic milk is present. Scrambled eggs were great! * Ordered dinner buffet at restaurant twice in the evenings. Not so cheap, but everything is tasty, again great variety, kid's menu is present. Staff attitude * Check-in went smoothly, all questions were answered. Self check-in is also possible. Everyone is smiling, helpful, kid's friendly. * Also I was surprised, that after a fool day at Legoland, when we left a nameplate "Do not disturb", we found a pack with clean towels and a toilet paper just near our doors. Other: * Fitness room is well-equipped. * The hotel has a direct Connection to Legoland and discount for entering for 1 or 2 days (the last even more discounted). * Possible to leave the baggage for a day. But the storage room is almost always opened and says: "storage at your own risk".

RomaniaThe shower gel dispenser did not work. The bathroom door is made of glass, with some stickers on it, but still I did not feel i have intimacy in the bathroom. The room was a little bit cold. I would have liked to be able to control the temperature in the room. I would have expected more for the money I paid.
The room is very nice, Lego themed, with a box of Lego pieces so the kids can play. The view of the park is great by day, but especially by night. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is good.
