Despite the pool being beautiful it was clearly the most kept part of the hotel. The lift was broken, the stairs and hallway were unkept. I didn’t enjoy the fact the public were allowed in to photograph the pool whilst I was bathing. The room was comfortable however I asked for clean towels and my old ones were just rehung back up, also the detail was not great in items like coffee bags instead of a machine, the kitchen had no utensils such as spoons.

The pool and the room was lovely and like the photos featured. The staff were very friendly

The fact that you need to move at 5th floor for spa facilities,

Hotel is very cozy,and the swimming pool instagramable :)anyway it is beautiful with the decoration around

Besides the fact that the hotel looks stunning and has a dream pool and an amazing rooftop, the staff was very nice and kind. I only stayed for one night and regret not having stayed longer.

Expensive stay- luxury items in the room are nice but all use disposable packaging despite the hotels strong eco branding. A bit far from main center of city.

Very beautiful pool and nice views from restaurant. Restaurant has great food and good service from all the staff. Nice private balconies on many rooms.

Overall it wasn’t a *bad* experience but felt more like a luxury hostel than a 5* hotel Rooms are very noisy, you can hear both noise/music from the pool area and from neighbouring rooms. Lounge music at the pool runs until 10pm every day, I believe it starts around 10am and is turned up in the evening. The AC is insufficient and the room gets pretty hot. We complained at the front desk and the officer didn’t get back to us The bathroom is microscopic (only fits 1 person at a time) and the shower box had a plastic curtain instead of glass, which seemed more like an aesthetic choice than anything else but felt cheap nonetheless The lift is tiny and only one was operating, so had to either wait ages or walk up and down by stairs - bear in mind sauna is on the 6th floor The hallways and the lift have a strong smell of chlorine

This is a trendy hotel which targets mostly young couples with a gorgeous pool area, nice decor, and “cool” eco-friendly branding. The pool and spa really are very nice and weren’t too busy most of the time, making a very enjoyable relaxing experience The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated

The shower set up is terrible. The ledge is small so within 30sec to 1 min after turning on the water, the water goes into the regular floor and the toilet. It soaked through everything!

The room is so cute and also the hotel is so nice to look at. The pool is relaxing and beautiful! We made sure to stay in the hotel to try out the pool. The people were great. They even let us put our luggage with them for 2 days as we did a side trip to Prague! Thank you so kindly!

No lounge or bar other than at the beautiful pool.

Breakfast was delicious, great selection. Pool amazing,a shame spa was literally a steam room and sauna you had to walk outside to reach via roof top deck 4 floors above the pool, but we loved our stay. The staff were brilliant and so helpful, we’d definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights but only had breakfast at the hotel on the first morning, as we found it disappointing and expensive for what it was. Mainly cold food (and even the food that should have been hot was tepid). Much better (and cheaper) options elsewhere. The room, although lovely, was quite noisy from the road outside and on one night there was a lot of music noise that kept us awake.

Overall we thought the hotel and facilities were all very good, we loved the pool and the sauna/steam areas were lovely. Bedroom was comfortable and the bedding and bathroom fittings all nice and worked well. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved this accommodation. I stumbled across it on Instagram and it looked the part but am always skeptical to see if it lives up to itself in real life, and it did!! Well worth a visit.

The property has the unique selling point of the indoor bali inspired pool and it doesn’t lie the area is the most beautiful hotel i’ve seen and stayed around

Restaurant food we got for room service was less exciting. Ordered kimchi but it resembled nothing close to it.

Pool was the real highlight. Beautiful space and lovely heated water. Room was spacious and in a contemporary design.

being charged around £14 (120dkk) for only 4 breakfast tea bags from restaurant as ones given by housekeeping were only fruit teas.
