Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Saudi ArabiaThis hotel was a 10 for me. It's in a very nice location, we could see the Church of our Savior from the window. Nyhavn and other locations relatively near and accessible by foot. Reaching the hotel from the airport is extremely easy and quick. Breakfast was my favorite part, it's really tasty.

United StatesThis is one of the most gorgeous hotels I've ever visited. It is spotlessly clean, classy, and just a short walk from Nyhavn and Tivoli Gardens, which are the two places I wanted to make sure I saw (since I sadly only had one night in Copenhagen). I don't know what the other floors of the hotel look like, but the carpet on the fifth floor (where I stayed) has a really vibrant and colorful design. I wish my house had such a carpet! Hats off to all the wonderful people who work at this hotel. I want to be friends with all of you! The receptionists were welcoming, friendly, and very willing to help the guests. I ate dinner at the tapas restaurant, and the waitstaff was so kind and attentive. The breakfast spread is phenomenal - you have all the ingredients you need to put together you own mini charcuterie board! It was so peaceful just sitting in the restaurant drinking my morning coffee and looking at the window at the Copenhagen city life. I will absolutely stay here again next time I visit Copenhagen.

United KingdomThere was nothing we did not like, my only bit of advice to other travellers is to be prepared for Copenhagen being pretty expensive but this is the city in general.
The Hotel was immaculately clean, amazing location right in the heart of Copenhagen. Staff were fabulous so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, so much choice. We honestly wish we could go back tomorrow!

United StatesThe airline strike. This was something that was 100% out of the hands of the hotel staff.
Before we even arrived, NH Collection Copenhagen, especially Gulcan Pinarci, provided an extensive list of activities and places to visit, making planning a breeze. Celebrating our anniversary, Gulcan upgraded our room for a spectacular canal view and arranged a beautiful bouquet and chocolate cake to make our celebration even more memorable. The hotel's location is perfect, positioned ideally to explore Copenhagen’s vibrant neighborhoods and scenic spots by simply turning right or left outside the entrance. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming. John and Ekaterina, the bartenders, provided delightful company, making each evening special with their personal touches and local tips. Breakfast was a joy thanks to Asami, whose warmth and meticulous attention ensured a perfect start to our days. An unexpected airline strike extended our stay, and once again, Gulcan and her team excelled by assisting with flight rebookings and extending our accommodation seamlessly, greatly reducing our stress. Departing felt like saying goodbye to friends, not just hotel staff, thanks to the exceptional care we received. We look forward to returning to NH Collection Copenhagen to reconnect with the wonderful people who made our stay so remarkable. Rating: 5/5 – Highly recommend for a truly personalized and caring experience.
