There is no personnel and it is expensive for this quality.

The hotel is quiet and the checkin was easy. There is a Netto near to the hotel.

The hotel needs a refresh. It’s quite old inside the rooms. I had a room close to the entry on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy, I could hear the elevator engine each time someone was using it.

The location is an advantage, close to the train station and the city center. Also the staff was very nice.

The hotel is placed centrally in Køge but has definitately seen better days. Everything seemed to be worn out and run down. The rooms were uninspiring and tired. Old chipped furniture and shabby carpets. The bed was clean and fairly new. The bathroom was very basic. But mold growing in the shower is not a good vibe. I was very disappointed in the standard given the price. The breakfast would have been better at 7/11. I will not be going back to this hotel.

The late checkin via the computer is dysfunctional. We had a reservation for two rooms. After checking in for the first room, we could not access the reservation for the second room which was on the same booking code. And when calling the emergency number on the unmanned checkin desk, no one was answering during half an hour of attempts to be helped. By Googling we found another number to Zleep were a person answered and was able to help. It took us about an hour to get access to our two rooms. When checking in for the first room, we clicked on the option to get an additional key card. The machine spitted out its whole supply and then it shut down, in total nine cards. (Fortunately for other guests there was an additional checkin in screen.)

The rooms are comfortable and the price is reasonable.

Rooms are a bit dated with furniture being damaged. Not all amenities were there, like empty soap dispenser etc. They did correct is after we mentioned it. Street in front can be loud.

Close to centre and plenty of room for parking. Staff is very kind. OK breakfast. Price was reasonable for the service.

Worn down room. Aged room and bathroom inventory. Room faced heavily trafficked road - windows were sound proofed so slept OK, but unrealistic to have an open window. We were a couple, but only one of the twin beds fully made - rest available in plastic bag in cupboard in room. All in all OK, but over-priced and would only stay there again if nothing else in central location available.

A simple but dated hotel building combined with limited staff presence. The room should have been cleaned better and the lights in the bathroom were too dim. Zleep Hotel Køge is located between a road with many cars and lorries and the southbound railway line. A lot of noice! The price we payed for the room was at the same level as recently visited high class hotels. The performance of Zleep Hotel Køge was definitely not at this level, the price should have been half of what we payed to match the performance.

We were charged more than the price indicated in the booking. I complained at the reception the evening we arrived. The staff were unable to reimburse. They said the next morning the manager would be anle to reimburse. In the morning the manager was not able to reimburse apparently for technical reasons. We were promised to receive the money very soon. We still have not received the money.
