I like the 2 guys they were in reception they were so friendly so nice and helpful,room is so clean, shower is so good ,water is hot and room is warm with heater,so I can tell it's so perfect

Staff! They were not present, nor profesional. Check in was difficult, and, despite I have previously asked for dinner on arrival, there was nothing at 8:30 as waiter said there was no fixed time but depended ''on chef's will'' :-(

Location was superb, ample facilities and grounds. Room was clean, also ample, well lighted and so was bathroom Wi fi worked well, fast and stable Breakfast was good, despite a bit restricted in selection

The shower was too small and resulted in a very wet floor. There is not much room for two suitcases to be opened on the floor space.

Nr 21 is a very bad room, they should not rent this!

They gave us a room very small, above the kitchen and a lot of noise from the people working in the kitchen. Nr 21. They said the price was 150,- euro and that we booked this room. Really very bad room. After our complains they gave us another room, bigger and much better.

My husband ordered the salmon for dinner, with braised potatoes and asparagus broccoli. The salmon was lovely, but the portions of vegetables were incredibly small.

The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were all very helpful.

We had terrible trouble finding the reception desk when we arrived. We parked round the back of the hotel and used a back entrance. There were no signs indicating where to go. Even when we walked round the front of the building we couldn’t find the reception. Eventually we went to the bar and that was actually the reception. Would also have liked a room safe.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Very clean and great breakfast. Upgraded to bigger room as some reviews mentioned rooms were small. We had a lovely sized room.

personally not fan of memory foam mattress and was u fortunate my room was not made up before entering so needed to change rooms. but was a mix up and can happen. staff and manager were very helpful to arrange a new room.

Inly minor complaint was that hot foods at breakfast were quite cool

Great location about 4km. off the bike trail to Gedser. Rally pretty and clean little town with this really pretty and very clean , moodern hotel/restaurant . Personnel were very friendly and courteous . Room was very large , clean and bright . Bathroom was the same with many toiletries available . On site restaurant had limited menu but food was very good and at reasonable price point . Inside bicycle storage . Breakfast was not overly diverse but certainly was more than adequate . Really nice place to spend a night or more .

The room was very small compared to other hotels at the same price. The shower was almost claustrophobic small in size for a tall Nordic type person. This hotel is not a place we would spend more than one night in a row.

Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of products. Clean room. The hotel is situated right in the middle of Marielyst with all the shops, bars and the beach not far away.
