Our window looked literally onto a construction site. They started very noisy work over there precisely at 8am. Which is not very family-friendly. Check out time at 10am sounds nonsensical. With a small child, we didn't even have time to get our breakfast.

Our family room was relatively big (for 2 adults and a toddler).

The staff and the food in the restaurant during the evening was excellent! The staff in the reception wasn't serviceminded at all. They didn't want to say hi, was rude it felt that they didn't want to work there at all.

The advertised sauna didn't work ( it was pretty grim to be fair in any case )and the staff was not as helpful as I would have hoped when I advised of the problem. The twin bed was very small and uncomfortable too and it was clear they didn't want to offer me a different room when I went back to reception even though the hotel was nearly empty. The hotel was soulless and there was building work going on which was not advised at the time of booking. No one asked how my stay was on checkout.

Lots of parking, staff were kind enough to put my washbag aside that I left at the hotel.

The entire experience. Whom ever has given the rating of 4 stars to this place, should really review it again!! 3 day stay, 2 Adults and our dog. The hotel is supposedly pet friendly, NOT!!! After 2 phone calls and 2 emails, we were told because arriving with pet, we HAD TO book a SUPERIOR ROOM which were the ones with no carpet. So we paid higher price plus the pet charge of 200Kr. Upon arrival my partner asked for our room on the ground floor room, in consideration to the guests using elevator. The room was NOT a SUPERIOR ROOM, it was carpeted, there weren't any toiletry compliments like the web advertises, so we had to go buy in a supermarket. The room was extremely hot, even when we had turned radiator off, couldn't have a decent nights sleep, due to the road noise, the guests at the bar and in the morning the noise from the workers! (the hotel is expanding).... Beds are a very thin over mattress and soft. The restaurant, was a joke! It only offers very expensive 3 starters, 3 main, 3 desserts, 1 kids meal; with 4 pages dedicated to drinks. We could not enter for dinner with our dog, although IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL.... everywhere else we have stayed at when traveling, we've been able to enjoy our meals in the restaurants, with our dog, we had to eat in a receiving area. Ordered a burger for dinner, it was cold! How can a well done fresh burger be cold! Continental Breakfast paid for with room at 8:00 am, already no fruit, no cheese, asked serving staff was told no more coming out! Water in shower could not be regulated. Location wise by an Arena! And out of the way from amenities... Positive things? The cleaning of room every morning was good.

There are a lot of tables and sitting areas as it is a conference center. Unfortunately it was not comfortable to work with a laptop there if you did not want the laptop on your lap. A few higher tables instead of coffee tables/ living room tables would be great.

I liked the furniture style in the rooms and bed was very nice. Only the blanket was way too warm for the actual time of the year. About the breakfast I liked the large options and the fresh fruit. Unfortunately the hotel is placed in the middle between of bigger cities and you will most likely need a car to get to the next city/ restaurant (which is not in the hotel). Who likes nature and woods will like the hotel area. So it definitely depends on what you are looking for. I have to admit that someone else booked the hotel for me. It wasn´t me who decided about the booking.

We have stayed at this hotel before, the room was on the ground floor, easy access for the dog and grass area at rear for walking. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff made us very welcome.

Place was really old and uncomfortable. Really old and dirty looking. Hotel take Deposit to stay even you have pay advance the reservation. In the area hasn't any restaurant nearby. Location is really far and isolated of the town.

Location. Long way out of Odense which is actually really nice. The hotel is attached to a conference centre - not really a tourist destination. Sauna not working (apparently since covid, though not sure I really believe that). Breakfast OK, but nothing special.

We chose Hotel Odense because of it's connection to the sports arena where we watched the Danish Open Badminton Tournament over 6 days. The hotel provided the perfect base and excelled in terms of breakfast and restaurant options.

The showerhead was a bit broken it also shot water sideways which can easily be fixed by mounting another showerhead. I have reported this to staff at breakfast.
