There was a paper cup in the bathroom and I think a glass would be better (reusable).

The hotel was lovely. I really appreciated being checked in early and the upgrade, thank you! Also the complimentary face mask was a lovely surprise and good quality teas.

Hotel was nice but the value for money part is also just as good with other hotel in the area.

Easy check-in and out. We had no contact to staff and can therefore not evaluate that part. We did not use facilities either.

We were a bit disappointed by the room, especially the fact that there were no wardrobe or cupboard to unpack your suitcase - only a couple hangers on a rail, not great. We expect that any hotel has a safe in the room and there was none. There was a kitchenette which could be useful and we did make some use of it, but there were no tea towels or other ways of washing the dishes. We are all for sustainability and the environment but having to ask for cleaning is less than optimal in a hotel setting / you expect that to be done as a service that you don’t have to ask for. And when cleaner did clean it wasn’t really done aside from emptying the bins and clean towels - so not great. Biggest issue for us as this was during Christmas time where everything closes locally, we couldn’t get a proper dinner in the hotel as there is no restaurant which seems slightly strange. At least have a bar menu or something - you could only get a sandwich, not great.

The breakfast buffet was really excellent. There was everything you needed and it good quality food. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful at all times, they really did their best to help and make us feel comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

We would have liked a sheer curtain as well as the heavy one - our room was very exposed to all the neighbouring windows and the big car park area - just felt a bit 'public'!!

We loved the position of the hotel on the waterfront and so close to everything we wanted to see. Also the parking was very convenient right at the front door! We enjoyed having a drink in the hotel bar and one evening, enjoyed their beautiful salad and pizza. We didn't use the breakfast option.

Parking - not included and you need to pay on an automat outside (complicated for me) They try to do everything with self service - self check in, self check out but they anyway stay besides you and smile if you don't press the right buttons. So what for?

Comfortable stay near the city center of Aalborg. Good breakfast with different local things (but you have to pay extra if you book with booking.com)

Unfortunately my booking for a double room with a sea view got swapped to a family room with street view and Booking.com and the hotel compensated for this odd change. It's interesting to have windows of the family room opening up right into the street , could not afford as much privacy.

Great location by the pier,but interior design of the room could improve, it exudes an enclosed rather than an open feeling. Friendly and helpful staff, and the cocktail is great! Nice breakfast bar too .
