Water in the shower with very low pressure, temperature changing from hot to cold every second. Also for hotel like that I would appreciate to have small coffe machine in the room. Overall pricy but this is specific of the city.

Nice structure, 5 min to metro station. If you don't take breakfast in the hotel there is nice bakery nearby as well as few coffee places. Plus for self check in and check out.

Limited dinner choices for vegan and gluten free. Quite a long way out from main attractions.

Shower system and water pressure was weak and either too hot or too cold . Gym was large and well equipped but needed an upgrade and better lighting , it was a bit gloomy

The staff were amazing , welcoming, professional, answered all my questions. I single Thaisa at the check in who was extremely helpful .Nice gym with open roof top area that was refreshing . Excellent location moderate but nice walk to the center and short walk to the excellent metro system.

I wasn't aware that the room was not air-conditioned. And it was kind of warm in the middle of the night even though I opened the window, and of course, the loud noises outside disturbed the sleep. Didn't sleep well for 2 nights. Borrowed a fan for the 3rd night so we could sleep with the window closed to shut the noise from outside. There was a little inconvenience when the room power was shut off and restored after a short while. First time experienced it in a 4-star hotel 😅

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good, though there are no greens for salads, and no omelette from the kitchen can be ordered.

The online check in - had already checked in online but only picked up one of the rooms that was booked. The process was slower than when dealing with a person. Added an unnecessary stress on arrival. Other than that the hotel was great.

A fabulous central hotel. Recently upgraded. Lovely decor and really clean. Lovely bar area. Excellent location - walking distance to lots of the main tourist attractions Tivoli, Church of Our Saviour etc.

Disappointed by the cleaning service, didn’t change the bedsheets once in 4 night stay

It’s furnished quite recently and everything looks brand new and good quality. We good a family room upgrade for free due to high demand. Big tv in the living room and in the bedroom.

We stayed on 23rd floor the view was across the river and was exceptional. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Loved the lobby area and bar and a free entry to the casino was a bonus

Wi-Fi was awful, couldn't stream anything I like an actual lobby, not little desks throughout the lobby

Breakfast - Best buffet breakfast i ever had, scrambled eggs were real not powdered. Great variety of foods. Pastries were fresh. one drawback, i drink decaf coffee, only had instant, ugh! think decaf is an american thing. Location, direct bus to airport was only a 2 minute walk from hotel which was great. Cost on $3 per person. No mention of this in hotel lobby, bad move The Red Hop on Hop off bus drove right by hotel. Wish i had bought a ticket on them. Had a room on the 21st floor with a lake/city view. Absolutely beautiful

Lifts - not all were working and queues around check in and breakfast times. Top floors always got priority which impacted lower floors adversely.

Good location with great views and easy access to Copenhagen whilst away from any nighttime noise. Good quality breakfast with a wide choice.
