The bathroom was quite unpleasant. There was a glass door, so there's zero privacy. I don't get why they can't have normal doors. Also, there was old debris and residue in the shower, which was quite disgusting. I always bring flip flops to use in hotel showers, but the shower should have been properly cleaned.

The location was perfect. Close to gamlebyen, Aros museum, shopping centre and restaurants. The bed was comfy, but could have been bigger. The breakfast was quite good, but my husband missed smoked salmon. Also, there weren't too many options for eggs (scrambled or soft boiled). The staff were very friendly and helpful, so that's definitely a plus.

Very good location to explore city. Very nice breakfast. We felt as we were in NyYork because of Style and view thru the windows. Was pretty quiet.

THE SMELL!!!! it smelled bad in the corridor and in the room, every time we came into the room there was this bad smell, we actually checked in JUST after they cleaned the room and it was still smelly

Breakfast was very crowded so factor this in if you’re in a large group. You have to ask to get your room cleaned.

Very convenient hotel, located close to the train station and all main attractions. Clean and comfortable. Good option for your stay in Aarhus.

The elevator was difficult and was out of order. The quilt cover was heavy. The dark colors and dim lighting along with lack of printed information made it difficult to locate things.

The design of the room. Good key card and electricity system. Shower and sink separate from toilet works well. Enough lightning and well placed sockets. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, excellent breakfast and pleasant lounge. Location couldn’t be better. Staff very helpful.

Very poor orange juice for breakfast, basically coloured water.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to railway station. Friendly staff, warm room and fine breakfast spread.

We reserved a parking spot which we got (very narrow at street side and next to an entrance to another parking lot, so not ideal. First days we got, then suddenly we came back and it was taken by another car. Doublebooked. Too many different people at the desk ….

It´s my third stay at Milling Hotel Ritz and I like the location so close to the Central Station of Aarhus, the nice staff and the good breakfast

Bed was small, shower was a bit small there was no hand shower, poor water pressure and we did not have hot water. Breakfest was okay enough options but nothing vegan also you had to wait for free table because the capacity was small and very little space between tables.

Great location next to city center and across train station, room was big enough.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable and tasteful, the breakfast is lovely (smiley eggs and crispy bacon) and the staff (every one of them) were extremely friendly and helpful - ‘of course’ I was told when commenting how grateful I was for the help I had received - no, nowadays it is not ‘of course’

Not much of a breakfast variety but wasn’t too shabby. They didn’t clear tables quick enough for the amount of guests coming in and out. Walls are very thin which made no difference to our stay until Saturday night, when music was playing somewhere but it stopped at around midnight. Also the lift was very old and a bit scary to use but we got use to it!

The hotel is in a fab location, right near the station. Free coffee facilities next to reception which was lovely for a huge coffee drinker like myself. Staff friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was a good strong powerful one. To be honest for a 3 day stay for me and my son it was pretty perfect, we were happy. Good value for money!
