I was unsure, whether the curtains would actually block the windows, so that I had privacy. But it was just a doubt, and everything was actually just fine.

Small hostel, interesting concept with the glass fronts for each apartment. The entire housing is directed towards the bay, with a nice view over the sea. Room was sufficiently furnished, beds were comfortable, shower was good. Breakfast was excellent, the breakfast room has an incredible view towards the bay. Not a 5-star-hotel, but I enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back!

If there would be loud guests I think you would feel sleep deprived. However this wasnt the case when we were there.

Nice rooms, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, a lot of homemade things. There were games for the kids and a nice common area, with a kitchen, where you also had access to a refridgerator.

The price is exaggerated considering that it offers a room (quite small) with 2 beds, a waldrup, a table with 2 chairs, and that's all. No TV, no coffee machine. The two lamps, one for each bed, did not work. It was necessary almost one hour to heat the room, at arrival. Another "furniture" were the two shelves next to the beds that were too high, and therefore somewhat useless. The hotel's main response to various critical reviews was that they are "just" a hostel, not a real hotel, so much more modest. The only thing characteristic of a hotel in the middle of the city was the price. If it would have cost 30-35 euros less, it was understandable. But the price was very inflated compared to the few things they offer.

The position and the (side) view of the sea. The information found in the room in the card with the description of the hotel and the surroundings was good, we managed to find a good pizzeria, about 400 meters from the Hotel, in the city.

The shared kitchen is tiny - too small to be used by more than two people at once. Our room was on the ground floor, with big front windows, so you have to make a choice between privacy and having sunlight. Open the windows for sunlight, and everyone can see in and see everything in the room. If you're coming for nature or camping, the location may be okay, but I came for a conference in Aarhus, and couldn't find a place to stay in Aarhus, so I stayed here, which was inconvenient. There is a bus stop a few hundred meters from this hostel, so you can take a bus every half hour to and from Aarhus; otherwise, the location was not convenient. Also, there are few restaurants in the area.

A nice, quiet area, not too far from the ocean. We didn't have time to explore the area, though, but there are a few walking trails there.

Lovely location on edge of town with amazing views from my room. Keyless entry with a code meant it was easy to check in and out. Clean and good kitchen facilities.

I would have paid for having the beds made, but that wasn't an option, the linen was available in a closet in the room. Also it would be nice if the trail from the parking lot to the facilities was laid with stone instead of gravel.

Breakfast buffet with a decent selection, My room was nice and clean aswell as the private bathroom. Common room was comfy with plenty of room and a self serve bar stocked with wine beer and sodas.

Bad ventilation , bad curtains , Bath room small window was open in hot weather and risk of bugs, No mats in bath room. In morning paid for bed sheets and breakfast. Booking with 1265 and in morning have to pay again for bed sheet and breakfast 776 NOK. Very hot , have to open windows , person in next room snoring we can hear in our room and kids were not sleeping. As compared with price services are better but standards are not that good.

The room was not cleaned properly The light was not powerfully enough. The room has no hair dryer. I felt sick after the shower There is no one when we wanted to check in. We tried to get inside the building however the staff didn’t come. they only informed us for the room password
