The only downside was that the wifi did not really work to watch Netflix on the TV. But other than that it was a great stay.

Very nice location with lovely view of the field in front of the apartment. It's small, but it's very clean and very well equipped, so it has all you need. There are multiple BBQ's available for guests to use.

We were greeted immediately by the happy, friendly, helpful owner who showed us what we needed to know. The room was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well appointed. The surrounding area was so peaceful and rural.

The location was fine for our needs. Dogs allowed. And in the countryside with possibility of walking the dog right outside the door. Parking right outside the room. Close to our family. The room has all you need. Quite large, nice bathroom.

The soundproofing could be improved. The night my partner and I stayed there, there were two more visitors and everything could be heard, e.g. snores, toilet flashes, tv channel surfing.

The location is perfect when travelling around North Sealand. I appreciated that the owners set up a sign near the road so people know where to turn to get to the venue, this is very thoughtful. The room is well-kept and well cared for, with high-quality materials, furniture and cleanliness. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle and coffee machine (plus good coffee and coffee filters). There's a nice small patio/terrace in front of the room with the view of the meadow. The location is really quiet, and secluded and the air is really clean. Good choice for a short stay or when travelling across different places in Denmark.

We missed night lights and bed stands. One of the bed sheets had some hairs, but it was clean.

Great kitchen with utensils and tea with kettle. Nice, clean, spacious bathroom and good size beds. Generally the place looks cared after, with quality materials and it appears fairly recent. We did not use the BBQ provided, bit it too appeared useable and welcoming.

I didn't have breakfast, but if you choose the have breakfast it is delivered to your room. That may be convenient, but I prefer the choice you have with a buffet-style breakfast.

Convenient location not to far from Helsingør in case you want to take the ferry to Sweden. At the same time it is very quiet on the countryside. The accommodation is quite new and was still being extended. The room and the kitchenette were very clean.

There were NO BEDSIDE TABLES (a must at any hotel) or a small cupboard for everyday use. The main door was difficult to lock. The oven was complicated to use, an instruction book was needed but not there. Having a car repair shop very near to the room spoils the peace when the cars go by ...and when they start a noisy compressor in the middle of the day!!!

The treatment dealt to us by the owner of Roselund Bed and Breakfast was quite rude, dissapointing and shocking to us. We booked the twin room and had our kids aged 6 and 9 together with us. The property policy states that children of any age are welcome. On our checkin date, the owner barged into our room without any manners, 3 times at night and said that we need to pay extra money as we were 4 persons. When I told her that we booked it through Booking.com and it was allowed to fit in our kids if we can adjust , she mentioned that is not correct. The property policy clearly states that children of any age are welcome. Our kids were very scared of her behaviour and was crying at night.

it’s a lovely location in the country side. lovely walks in the area and beautiful forests. not bothered by the host and free to come and go as I pleased.

The bed was too warm. (Fuzzy sheets) A light outside kept coming on through the bathroom window. I think it was a motion sensor light and something kept triggering it. Most travelers don’t carry hair dryers nor shampoos because of flight restrictions and this property did not have a hair dryer or toiletries.
