Great playroom for kids

The tv was mounted too high that the viewing angle was poor for the screen when lying in bed, and i don't think it was possible to tilt it down. The breakfast staff was too quick to clean up the table that when I left to take a pastry, my dishes were gone and another person had taken my seat

Comfy bed, I liked the breakfast selection and the hotel is so close to the train station. One of the better hotels I have stayed at.

The floors creak a lot - inside the room and in the hallway.

Average breakfast and crowded around the coffee machine. Location is perfect close to Koldinghus and the centre of the city.

it was old and unique. each room different and although it was dated it was beautifully clean. It had a homely feel to it. The hotel provided fruit,cake, coffee and slush puppies in the afternoon for guests.

Funny smell in the room upon arrival. Not enough seating in the brekfast area making many people have to sitt in the lobby area.

Nice older property in an excellent location. Practical free parking 100 m walk from the hotel entrance. We stayed in one of their family rooms and was fortunate enought to get one of the few romms with a balcony.

It was not easy to find the room right away. There was not instructions on where the elevator was, but you could see some steps up to the floors, but it was not correct steps.

The location is in city center I would say. Just walk out side and you are abel to get to see both history and the local life. To different places to eat and drink and also see the surrounding area.

the room we stayed in was clean but smelled old, the en-suite was just to small to be called an en-suite, the shower was approximately 400 mm in depth but we only stayed there one night so it didn’t matter to much. The outside of the property needs a good clean and it needs painting

too noisy area , not the best accommodation to stay for work purpose in case you want some sleep - try to find a hotel which is far away from disco street

the outside of the hotel looks like it could do with a bit of TLC, there are cigarette butts all over the floor outside and there weren’t enough cushions on the seats.

the welcome was warm and friendly and the reception area was very clean. the room was huge and the beds were comfortable. the shower and washing facilities were excellent. the breakfast was great with lots of choices from cereals, grains, bread rolls, fruit juice etc.

On check-out, the reception clerk insisted that I should pay for the stay, even though I could show that payment had been processed via Booking.com. So, I now have a double payment that I need to battle between Booking.com and the Hotel.

Our room was old fashioned and rather small. The bathroom was good, only the shower was just to be closed with a curtain, so the water splashes onto the bathroom floor.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but clean. The breakfast area was nice as was the breakfast. The hotel is on a nice location from which you can easily walk into the town. Across the street there is a great restaurant located. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast! We were a group of athletes and the breakfast was not as expected. Probably not ready for this group but it was lacking most things most of the time unless the first few minutes.

Outstanding staff in lobby and the greatest location in town. Good to have coffee and slush available all day in lobby. Bed was very good.

the bedroom was very dusty under the bed and some other parts of the hotel too. Dogs are welcome, but not allowed in the breakfast area, unfortunately!

The elevator was a bit small. There's no phone inside the room and no toiletries in the bathroom.

In my personal opinion the room was not cosy enough.

The hotel is very good and the stuff very friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of sweet and sour flavors. Good coffee. I would stay again.

breakfast was certainly not up to the standard of this hotel chain. breadrolls which seemed to be from previous days, items missing on the buffet and not being replenished during the time we had breakfast, pancakes as hard as cardboard, etc. . We stayed several days in a hotel of this chain and we got used to a high standard, unfortunately this one scored really not good on the breakfast part.

Sadly the bathrooms were not clean at all. Black mold on the shower curtain, etc.
