Sheets were not the most comfortable and the bed was a bit short. Some cheap cosmetics were poured into Rituals bottles, which is a bit tacky in my opinion. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Good looking, modern interior, spacious room, large TV. Located on the edge of an industrial park so quiet at night.

Super tidy and clean rooms - personally table-served breakfast with hot newly baked bread - the superior-sized rooms are perfect in size, not too small - The bathrooms were very clean and fresh, seemed newly renovated. The hotel is located in the outskirts of Herning, partly an industrial / small business area. This means room prices are lower compared with downtown hotels. However, if you go there by car this is not a problem, Herning is a small town, so by car, bike or walk you will reach everything within minutes. It also means the area is silent after 1700 hours, with no busy street in front of the hotel so we slept well all night. We really liked this super-fresh hotel, its breakfast and friendly staff, because it offered also great value for the money. Highly recommended! The hotel offers 24-hour free coffee, chocolate / espresso drinks from a brand new pro coffee machine that grind the beans on demand, which is fantastic! Also, several beverages are available for purchase. Trying hard to find anything to complain about, we actually found nothing worth to mention especially compared with how hotels use to be. But it could be a good idea or improvment if the hotel also could offere something simple to eat, like sandwiches, microwave (frozen) food or powder soups, in addition to all the beverages. When arriving late in the evening, tired of driving, going out for eat is not the first option, so if the hotel could improve or complete the beverages with something simple available to eat, available to purchase, I think it would be appreciated by many guests.

The location is not the best however we did not stay there for the location. Also the communication could be a bit clearer. We received a text that we should let know what time we would like breakfast however it did not mention that this was a land-line.. Also we added a message through booking.com which was never replied to.

Nice hotel, but it is a fair distance from the centre. If you have a car, I would highly recommend it. It really did suit our purpose. The breakfast is reason enough to stay here. It was amazing.

Although I had made a booking a month ago, only on the day of my arrival, I got a messege from the hotel where I was informed that my reservation was cancelled as there has been a mistake in booking, so it was a disaster for me to be informed of this the same day of my check in to the hotel especially in a city where I have been for the first time in my life. And they offered me to stay at a inferior quality hotel which I didn't accept. It was very stressful and expensive to search for another hotel to stay for the same night. I am going to make a claim about this to Booking.com as well as to SOV GODT HOTEL,Herning.

I paid to stay in a room with an ensuite bathroom which was unavailable and as it was it was the place was overbooked that night as well. The team offered to put me up in another hotel but they said it was easier if I rebook it myself and then they refund me. I never got my refund back as promised. I never actually got to stay in the hotel either but as it was a pay in advance hotel the booking remained and my money was gone.

when we arrived the hotel was closed and when I called the girl who answered claimed we had been notified and been refunded, the fact is we were not notified and the refund was deposited while we were on the phone with her. it would have been much cleaner to admit the mistake and apologize. this was extremely unfortunate for us

Lack of communication with the reception, there was no one who received us. The hotel did not respond to our messages through the booking site. Only after a phone call did we receive information on how to enter the hotel. We paid for breakfast. No one came in the morning for preparation. There was no phone answer. No shower gel in the shower, the bottle was empty.

The room are very closed to the only highway that is in that city and then, it is very noisy It is almost impossible to communicate with the reception, this is not a hotel for me as there is no reception at all

Once I arrived to this place, I must say I was bit disappointed as its actually a motel, not a hotel. Everything self service pretty much, no food or drinks available at the evening time.... and let me tell you, I was starving after a long day of travel. Nothing wrong with this place but Business profile/description on booking.com is misleading.

The hotel charged EUR270 on top of the right amount and invent LIES that I asked special drinks. I was NOT even there because I went away the first night without sleeping in the hotel! I did this because the hotel service and facilities were below acceptable expectation for a 4 stars hotel. This is for the shared bedroom. Absolutely Horrible experience. 1. bed is not a real be but look like a sofa 2. in order to reach the shared toilet you need to walk through the breakfast room?? This is outrageous!! 3. Breakfast needs to be booked??? come on!

breakfast need to be booked in advance! The hotel owner is not polite, bed is uncomfortable. In order to reach the shared toiled from the room you MUST go through the dining and breakfast area! Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel. I did not see any star here.
