It was too warm in the main building where we had breakfast and also in the lobby, which made sitting down and reading brochures uncomfortable.

The location was great for what we wanted. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and everybody was very polite and welcoming.

We really liked our stay in Svanen. The room was clean and breakfast good. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially a receptionist called Stine, she was so friendly. We would stay in Svanen anytime again.

Furniture in the room was a bit dated and tatty. My room was very hot and I couldnt find a way to lower the temperature. Slightly limited evening menu for a vegan. No other comments everything else was good.

Lounge area in reception was great to relax in. Front desk staff were so helpful and cheery. Breakfast buffet options all had allergen details clearly displayed. Comfortable pillows in the bed. Nice bedlinen.

We had to wait almost an hour for the ordered dishes in the restaurant, although it was not really busy...Also the waitress forgot do serve us the drinks we ordered. These were brought to us after we finished eating...

Bed and sofabed are very unconfortable. 4* Hotel, but is more like a motel feeling: you have to go out to your room, old equipments in the room.

The hotel should not offer rooms oposite to storage room where is no carpet on the floor of the hallway. Every morning between 7 - 7:30 noise began that was caused by preparing the cleaning trolleys.

We really liked breakfast, the variability of different stuff. The size of the room was fine, also the lounge and its atmosphere during early evenings.

The lack of a phone to the reception desk, the opaque toilet door with no lock, and a lift to the room floor would have been beneficial as we had to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs.

We liked the breakfast, the spa bath, and room location. The staff were very pleasant and the room was very comfortable. The evening meals (which we purchased) were of extremely good quality.

Food and the room with bathtub option

After a few days, we were in different hotels and restaurants, this was the first hotel that gave us decent dinner and breakfast, it was not too far from Legoland yet didn't have the same superb design but the comfort you get this hotel will beat any other hotel in the region

I think their buffet options in the restaurant aren’t that great, lots of unknown brands in danish so you’re in the dark about what you’re consuming.

The location is great, very quiet area despite being so close to the airport so you’re guaranteed a good nights sleep. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice too.

No restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel and it’s a minimum 10 minute walk from the Legoland bus stop. No direct shuttle from airport in the off season

Drinks were expensive - £8 equivalent for a large coke at the bar! Didn't have much time in the hotel as were out most of the days so no experiences to comment on.

Perfect location for Legoland, Lego House and Lalandia. Short walk into the town centre where there are a few restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Amazing breakfast spread

My only issue was with the internet as the signal was not very strong and when using the chromecast they have in the TV, was disconnecting all the time, this was the only and small issue I had in this hotel, all the rest was really good.

In summary, very good hotel, very close to Legoland/Lalandia/Lego House, staff is friendly, room was good. Had an issue with the bathroom door what was fixed very fast from them so it is a good hotel. Breakfast was good, sometimes a little bit crowed but good options.

Breakfast was great, plenty of options for our vegetarian and milk free needs. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was basic but had everything we needed for our overnight stay whilst visiting Lego House and Legoland.
