Perhaps could have done with air conditioning as it was very warm and sticky weather during our stay.

Very clean and modern. Relaxed but efficient staff. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Didn't get to use the pool or sauna but it looked very inviting. Breakfast was first class.

The rooms were basic. The bathroom we had was a wet room and just looked so dated. The hotels was expensive for how basic the room and bathroom was.

We stayed here in March and found the room spacious, warm, and clean. Breakfast was superb, puts UK breakfasts to shame. Location from airport was only a few minutes in a cab. Definitely close to Legoland. Easily walkable.

The pool was not hot, actually the water was very cold. We were there in mid-May.

The hotel is very pleasant, together with the nature, 10 min walking to Legoland and to the downtown area. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was huge and very cozy. Very good breakfast.

Not a minus just some points for improvement. We didn't know that the table for breakfast needed to be booked in advance for the specific time (apparently, you should check your confirmation email and it should be stated there). We arrived at 23.30 in a hotel, but the time slots for breakfast were left only for 6.30 (7)am, and you had to come only in your 1-hour slot, which is quite tricky with a 5-year-old child :). The staff was helpful though and supported us in this situation. No dinner is available, but you can visit the nearest hotel or the local supermarket Coop SuperBrugsen to get some salads/or bakery.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. It is a lovely place to stay with a family. A quiet and peaceful place. The room was clean and very nice. A playground, sandpit, swimming pool, mini soft play and table games are available for kids. Breakfast is amazing, the staff is helpful and very friendly. The location is great, only a 5-minute walk to Legoland on a pedestrian pavement or a 20-minute walk to Coop SuperBrugsen supermarket. This hotel is worth the money.

The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner, and there were very limited options nearby.

It was very conveniently located, and the staff was very friendly. My kids enjoyed the different play areas, and the breakfast was good.

It would have been nice to have a simple selection of food for the evenings. We knew there wasn’t a restaurant service in the evening but after a tiring day it’s a decent walk into Billund for dinner or a slightly shorter walk to lalandia. It would have been nice to have just been able to order something simple to the room

The only minus was the bed. I still don't understand why such a wonderful hotel has such bad beds. The double bed was joined by two smaller ones, which were separated from each other all night. The mattress was very thin and just laid on the bed, so it slipped while sleeping.

Tasty breakfast, it was nice that they were ordered in advance, because not many people came at once. Beautiful and clean surroundings of the hotel, swimming pool for children with warmer water, sauna separated for women and men, a beautiful walk to the city center, very close to Legoland or Lalandia. Free parking as a bonus.

Rooms are very stuffy, there is no aircon, and there is only 1 small fan. There is no restaurant on site, which is a little inconvenient, but there is a company that delivers to the hotel, which was delicious

It was was relaxed and quiet. The breakfast was very nice in the morning. Laid out and presented beautifully. There's is a small pool and a kiddies pool. There is also a great little games/ play room

One of our groups room had a backed up drain and the hall smelled like there were drainage issues but no smell in the rooms.

The location was perfect, easy walk to Legoland and Lalandia and a slightly longer walk to Lego House but still no problem. Loved the garden rooms with tables outside and lovely views of the woods. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with lots of locally sourced options!

When we went inside the room, it was rather chilly in temperature. It became better as we stayed in it longer. Also, all the lights in the room were quite low in intensity, which kept the room rather dark... Bulbs were giving colder type of light... Suggestion would be to keep at least 1 source of light (like a table lamp) that could give brighter and warmer white light, it would be cozier for winter stays )

The best bit - a day in this hotel starts with a fantastic breakfast ) It has a nice area to have breakfast at. We were there in winter time and weather did not allow to use external area in fresh air. But there was a warm and cosy fire-place in the room and large windows overlooking the trees outdoors ) There is a very good selection of food options for breakfast, inclusive of such things as choosing and making your own pot of hot aromatic tea, very tasty and fresh comb honey, fresh and marinated veg for lovers of such options in the morning... The breakfast was also part of the reason why we selected this place and it exceeded our expectations. Very tasty and well presented indeed ) Another plus point for families - hotel facilities. As we were there in winter time and with unpredictable weather, I wanted to ensure there would be some options for indoor relaxation, so we made use of the hotel pool and it was ok. We also could park next to hotel, which was perfect for our needs. It is short walk to Lalandia Billund, which offered further indoor options for entertainment and had an ice skating ring as well as a supermarket / other options for spending time with kids. Location was also very good for us and we really enjoyed a walk from the hotel to Billund center through the pathway in sculpture park along the small stream of water/ river running right next to the hotel. We also spotted a nice relaxation winter terrace inside the hotel, but did not make use of it So yes, overall the hotel worked for us as was expected for a family visit in winter time with unpredictable weather. And breakfast exceeded our expectations )

Great location-a few minutes to Legoland, Lalandia and bus stop to / from the airport. About 20min to Lego house. Room was very quiet, bed very comfortable, breakfast really good (also for kids). Nothing to complain about ;-) Thank you for a nice stay!
