We had our own entry, so we were totally free in our day planning. There were a lot of cute animals on the farm to look at. We loved the path between the pastures.

Nothing, we had an amazing stay. Everything we needed was on hand. I only wish we had more time to explore but that’s no fault of the guesthouse.

Beautiful guesthouse! The stay was exactly what we wanted after a couple days in Copenhagen, my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer than one night because it was a lovely place to stay and explore! The guesthouse was outfitted with the basics, we had everything we needed and it was a wonderful stay. The scenery was gorgeous and my kids loved seeing all the animals on the farm. The host was wonderful and met us upon arrival.

We really liked being on the farm with its animals and woods near by. Our kids got to say hello to the horses, ponies, donkey’s, cows, fish, sheep, alpaca, cats and dogs. Also from here we explored the surrounding area and went into Køge to eat.

We only booked in 1 day!

The whole set up- the room was gorgeous, the animals are so cute, from the kittens to the Donkeys, Cows and Horses etc, and the scenery was beautiful. Taking a walk on her property which we didn’t know about until we arrived but was a nice surprise. We ended up taking wedding photos on the grounds which came out amazing because of the scenery. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. Helle is a very nice host, and provided us with everything we needed, all the usual things included to very high standard. The Guesthouse is a train or bus ride away from Køge and no trouble to get to. The area is so nice so it’s a pleasurable walk.

The property had been tastefully furnished in an extremely peaceful and tranquil setting on a small farm with calves, donkeys horses and the most cute 4 week old kittens. lovely extensive gardens and the town of Koge had some many excellent restaurants, history and good shops.

There are huge windows, lovely during the day, but with curtains covering just the lower part, which we had to hang ourselves by standing on a chair. There are nails to attach the curtains to. Also the shower door is difficult to open and makes a dreadful noise as it scrapes across the floor. Perhaps the biggest problem for us was acquiring the cash to pay for our 4 night stay. We had to pay extra fees at the ATM and it took a while to gather the money from our UK accounts.

Lovely big room. Not as isolated as I imagined, so easy to find with main roads nearby. Could park outside room. Large comfortable bed. Lots of seating choices. Looking out at horses, donkeys and alpacas.

Not being able to extend to a fifth night.

Helle is very friendly, hard-working and building up this property of several hectares (her home) is her dream. There are horses, cattle, donkeys, cats and dogs — all well-behaved, so animal lovers will enjoy it. It's very quiet, out in the country, but only half a mile from the sea. Slightly rough and ready, but that's part of the wonderful experience!

The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, so it became quite damp. Not really a problem for us, but it might become a problem for the host.

I have to admit, we came to chill in the awesome jacuzzi tub, and that's what we did! It was the awesome.
