Rooms were a bit small, but it was manageable since there were good storage options in the room.

Breakfast was so deliscious with many options for all types of diet. The rooms were quiet and stylish. Staff were super friendly and the hotel is location minutes from the train station.

No driveway for drop offs or pickups. That needs a fix. Need more food choices for lunch and dinner at hotel restaurants.

We were kindly upgraded to a premium room but the size -given the price- was to our surprise still very small with no bathtub.

The hotel is perfectly located. The staff is extremely amiable and professional. The common areas of the hotel are nicely designed and very pleasant to chill and have a drink . The swimming pool was great although a few °c more would have been appreciated.

Pool and gym were too small for size of hotel. Rug bakery struggled to keep up with volume of customers long queues and slow service especially on the Sunday

Room was a bit small for a family of three, sofa bed was a bit small for 10 years old.

Pool, location, staff, bakery. Great pool and sauna, great location, bed was comfortable, room pretty and very clean. Lovely bakery with great coffee and pastries.

Stunning and spotless hotel. Great location from which is was very easy to go anywhere with public transportation. Our room was very nice and exceeded our expectation. Very nice and professional staff.

That last weekend I stayed in February, there was a large corporate group at the hotel. There was a party one night and despite the staff’s attempt to put me in a room with the least possible disturbance, it was still noisy, with a band. It was an inconvenience was all it was. It won’t stop me from returning.

Location is the most convenient plus the fact that they have private parking. Rug, their in-house bakery is outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious with space. The hotel, although very busy, has a warm welcoming vibe.

Tables reserved for long periods of time in the bar felt unfair. One afternoon we came back to the hotel and in the bar area all tables were reserved and nobody was sat in them! A hotel bar/ reception should just be tables as you turn up. Also your wine options are so so disappointing and expensive. In the harbour, I could have a reasonable NZ Sauvignon! Your wines were eye watering in price and not even very nice when ordered!

Some of the staff like Sandro were a credit to you so super friendly and helpful. The pool and bar are beautiful. Good vibes in the bar areas. The toiletries in the room felt a real treat! I liked the special water stations.

Lighting system in the bedroom keeps too much light on. The light that comes on automatically in the bathroom when dark is a step too far in health and safety and ensures all room occupants get awakened for nothing when one goes to the bathroom at night. Would have been better if the bathroom door was not a foot from the bed but designed away from the bed. We had room 3162.

Slightly too cold pool, room was slightly warm and hard to adjust the ventilation/airco.

Very stylish and modern, nice pool albeit slightly cold to be a hot one, great location and super breakfast.
