Room was a bit small but manageable for a short stay. We also had to buy slippers which we could take with us (I guess this is not a really negative side since the hotel is trying to be sustainable)

The location is great and just across the main train station however room was quiet. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast have various delicious options, one of the best I had so far. We also appreciated the possibility to use a pool and sauna

railway station is a bit too close, but you don’t get any noise from it

we loved the facilities, the swimmingpool area is mind blowing. we ate at the brasserie and it was amazing, really good food. the staff is really helpful and nice. breakfast excellent

Having to book breakfast and also to use the pool and sauna. Especially when you couldn’t get a slot but here was no one there. The room was very small and over looked a noisy train station which meant having the window open wasn’t an option.

The building itself is beautiful. Staff great and breakfast choice out of this world.

The room size was extremely small, with nowhere to store the suitcases.

The location of the hotel could not be any better. 15 minute train ride from the airport and within walking distance to the hotel. The pool and Sauna were a very nice touch! I would highly recommend the cocktails in the reception area. They even had a DJ in the evening playing some chilled beats. Breakfast was amazing. the hotel is walking distance to the river

Villa Copehagen is a stylish hotel with excellent facilities. We enjoyed drinks and delicious bar snacks in the Courtyard Bar, and on the sunny day of our visit the pool area was excellent! Our room was comfortable with wonderfully scented toiletries. The hotel breakfast was a delicious plentiful buffet with authentic Danish options. All staff were helpful with queries and recommendations for dining out. The hotel is centrally located, in walking distance to all areas of the city.

no slippers were provided during our stay, neither for the room nor for the pool, apparently for sustainability reasons. we would have preferred to be informed clearly of this at the time of booking so we could bring our own, since not knowing about it made our stay a bit uncomfortable (had to go to the pool in sneakers!)

The hotel didn’t fulfill our request of having two rooms next to each other despite request made at booking time via Booking.com and confirmation by phone with the hotel on the day of booking. No afternoon lunch / brunch available

The staff is very good when you are talking to them / have their attention. I think they can up the game a bit in keeping service level up / stations manned. The concierge desk was often empty and when I arrived by car a I had to ask around about what to do even having ordered valet parking. Small things but coul make it better.

The music in the foyer was too clubby and loud on the Saturday, did not match the relaxing vibe but thats just my taste, my partner liked it!

Amazing selection and quality Only issue we found on the Sunday was overbooking of external bookings, we had to queue for ages just to have breakfast as a hotel guest

Rooms are a bit too expensive compared to the size. Besides this no complaints.

Just amazing surroundings and staff. Great twist with the pool and especially also the breakfast. However, the rooms are fairly small, and also quite expensive. Would do it again.

The room was a touch small

The hotel was stunning, walking into the marble courtyard just showed the luxury of the hotel, what a beautiful start. The room was clean with underfloor heating a massive TV and a really comfortable bed. The only two slight question marks were, no wardrobe and the room was on the small side. The breakfast was amazing, loads of option and very high quality. The whole place was immaculate and the staff we superb. Highly recommend!

Pool whilst beautiful was just a bit cold. Also, none of the heaters worked on the terrace. Our family room was beautiful but tiny

It was recommended to book a visit to the pool in advance, but it was no use, because both the pool and the sauna were overbooked and there was no room there.
