Nothing, it was perfect.

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Dominica. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, with all the amenities you could need, and it has an amazing view of the sea. It is also very quiet with only one apartment above and the other buildings further away. It is a short walk down the hill to the beach. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to explore Dominica.

On the way back from the beach you have to climb a steep hill. The air conditioner was not working well in the bedroom. Due to a non-working bank card, the reservation was rejected even though the three reservations made on the same day were good. The next day, the same apartment appeared again on Booking, but already 10 percent more expensive. Not very nice.

Beautiful place, comfortable and spacious rooms, neat, well-maintained environment, kind hosts. Well equipped kitchen.

Very spacious apartment on the whole upper floor of a private house, located in a quiet residential area. Short 5 min walk to the beach. Large balcony with a sitting area, where we enjoyed both breakfasts and dinners. Excellent view on the sea and the hills, lots of greenery around the house. Very kind, welcoming host. Convenient parking near the house.

Lack of good kitchen utensils for a quality accommodation. Property would benefit from ceiling fans to use instead of AC. The neighbours barking dog is a pain in the ass. There is some road noise and you can hear people having fun on the beach

we liked everything

We loved everything, but my personal highlight is the terrace. I could live on this terrace, nevermind the rooms per se. An amazing place to watch sunsets and rains from. And there are sunbeds on the terrace too! And internet also works, if you want it. Apart from the terrace, everything is as described - everything works and is very clean and spacious. The owner is very helpful and hospitable too.

Location, location, location, was the best. Overlooking the sea, apartments are up high , where there is a great breeze. The lovely Mero Beach is just a short drive or walk down the road. Plenty of parking spots, restaurant, fresh juice shop by Terry's place all on the beach. Beach chairs, shades to protect from sun. Perfect!!

The apartment is exceptionally clean. Everybody you need is provided, from sheets, beach towels, dish cloths, a clean sponge for dishes, bath mats, etc. The view from the balcony is a sunset each night. You can walk down the hill to the beach in 6 minutes.

The neighbouring dog which barks any time also during night sometimes.

I took the apartment because of the beautiful view. Even when it was raining you can sit outside and enjoy the views! I loved it here. It was close to the beach and a small supermarket. Ellie was very sweet and helpful when needed. The only thing is the barking neighbouring dog if you are sensitive to that. Otherwise it was just beautiful and I would recommend it to my friends in case they visit Dominica:)

the only thing that did not work for us were the very soft pillows, but that is our personal thing. Other guests may not have this issue.

A very beautiful house, with amazing views, just like in the photos. Vwry comfortable, fully atequipped, and tastefully decorated. Insect nets everywhere and very effective. Excellent towels, comfortable beds, chaise lounges on the big balcony. If it weren't for the mozzies outside, I would have lived on the balcony. The bathroom is spacious and everything is well thought of: from the spaces to place toiletries, to where to hang towels and other things. Electric sockets are European and UK, and adapters provided to all other regions. Really, every detail is taken care of. Elie is very kind and eager to assist her guests. The beach is very calm and close on foot.

Amazing views from the terrace. Loved watching the sunset every night. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with Mero beach close by and easy access to Roseau and the rest of the island for exploring. Ellie, the owner, lives on site and was always available when needed and made sure we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

There is only one negative. The roads in Dominica are narrow and winding through them into Roseau every day for scuba diving made me so anxious but I'm a nervous driver so maybe if you are not you will be okay. Having a car is definitely a good idea.

Exactly as shown. Beautiful view of Mero beach. Definitely one of my favorite places I've stayed at. You can walk down to Mero beach and nice little restaurant and store are a plus. Elie is available for any questions you have. An amazing value.
