You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FranceThe weather was particularly hot during our stay and the fans (a small one in each bedroom) were not powerful enough. We suffered from the heat. Apart from that, we liked it a lot and we will come back !
We absolutely loved the Ylang Ylang house which was perfect for our family of 5, plus a baby. The river, the lush garden, the quiet environment, the nature, the friendly staff, the dinner, the fresh local juices and the fruits from the garden ! This is the perfect place to rest far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the calm of the nature. We strongly recommend !

United KingdomI wouldn't say don't like I would just say for the price we paid possibly some extras such as a bowl of fruits each day or every other day as we had to provide all out own food as breakfast provided was bread all be it really nice and freshly made each day
This booking was a safe in nature quarantine booking from the very beginning of the booking the communication with the owner was excellent. Our driver to collect us was confirmed. We had to come urgently to arrange a funeral so we didn't need any more stress but the managers and the staff provided an exceptional service . We had to book PCR tests which the manager booked and we received our results the same day so we could leave quarantine. The ladies in the restaurant were so accommodating. I will certainly return again for a vacation
