We absolutely loved our time here! The apartment is cozy, a great area to discover the whole island and many attractions are nearby. There's a mini market in walking distance and the kitchen provides everything you could imagine. We felt really welcome and enjoyed our stay! The hosts are super nice and helpful :)

The AnSwin location felt like being at home. The place is clean, well decorated, and the hosts are welcoming and kind. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday, and we shared a toast with our host! Thank you for being part of our vacation. We have so many great memories.

I had a wonderful time at AnSwin Apartment. I felt right at home. The owners made me feel very welcomed! The place was very clean. They even provided some food supplies of yogurt, eggs, and bananas! How thoughtful. They really thought of the little details from salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There is a supermarket close by and a bus stop to go downtown. I highly recommend coming to Dominica and staying at the AnSwin Apartment.

Everything was as described.

The apartment is well appointed with everything you need. It is spotlessly clean; it has a large comfortable bed; the AC is very quiet and the small terrace is a welcome outside space. The hosts, Swin and Annette, made us so welcome and they were very helpful when we asked for advice about restaurants and places to go to. Dominica is a beautiful island and we would certainly rent this apartment if we visited again.

We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, which did connect but often did not allow internet access. However, this could also have been a compatibility issue with our mobile phones.

The host was very nice and welcoming, gave us advice for dinner and was very friendly and helpful. He had even bought some groceries for us (eggs and joghurt). The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. I'd definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in the Roseau area.

Annette and Swin were the best host one can wish for. They gave us tips for our trip and were very welcoming. The location of the flat is ideal to visit the south of the island. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this place to others.

Swin was an amazing host, very attentive, very responsive to all our requests. He gave us elements allowing us to make our choices for visits and to discover this incredible island. His good humor, his knowledge and his kindness marked us. The cleanliness of the place and the rigor to do things well were impressive. The location is ideal for visiting the city and going on excursions. Great stay!

Minor points - couldn’t figure out how to work the tv. Loud traffic on the road outside the front (not the fault of the owner obviously!) but luckily the bedroom is at the back and is quiet

The location was excellent, about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Roseau and the apartment had everything you could need even including a fully stocked medicine box. Annette the host and her husband were amazing, providing me with some food to get me started and also critically, helping me when I had a problem with my credit card. I couldn`t rate them highly enough and would stay here again. The apartment was good value and only the cleaning charge made me rate it less than 100%.

Nothing. The AnSwins are exceptionally accommodating and great hosts. The only "negative" on my end is that I didn't extend my stay at their apartment longer. I could have used another week there!

I cannot overstate how great of a stay I had with the AnSwins. First and foremost, they are fantastic hosts and happy to get to know you and chat. From the moment I arrived, they were extremely accommodating and welcoming. They certainly had their guests in mind when renting the apartment. There was information about where to eat in Roseau and things to do around the city, and they were very helpful in giving tips on getting around and potential tours to do around the island. As for the apartment: It is spacious, very clean, and nicely organized. The kitchen area is fully stocked, and there is a grocery store nearby to stock up on any food you want to cook. The apartment is also air-conditioned, and they have a bug zapper to get rid of any stray flying bugs. As for general location, the apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. I had an extremely relaxing stay at this apartment; it felt like a home away from home. All in all, I would certainly want to stay here when I come back to the island.
