There is a road between the hotel and the beach, at times noisy.

Great terrasse with ocean view. Since it rained a lot we spend a lot of time there. Nice location the discover the different beaches.

Nothing about the property but I would recommend hire more staff who can speak English for easy communication with customers.

Room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel beach is always clean. Food varieties and quality are amazing. Very delicious and always fresh. Loved the whole. Stay !

Personally, I am vegetarian and would have loved few more Menu options.. also Pizza Bar for sure! We walked down the beach to town several times to the pizza places. was short walk but I would love it at the Hotel. Gorgeous hotel, and pool area, Wish hey would add some music for more fun at the Pool all day! We will stay again for sure

We switched all 3 rooms at checkin and the staff was very kind and helpful.. we hated to be a pest but we couldnt handle the stairs to our rooms. They gave us option to switch to ground level for extra charge. We moved all 3 rooms and we very happy. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the Beach Bar, with the Poofs to sit on and beach chairs, also the swings. Love that Turtle pond, and the cats and dogs being welcomed! Makes for alot of fun! :)

The beach itself is a nice place to sit, lots of chairs, but not the best for swimming. There are large rocks as you enter the water and you have to float over them to get to sand as they are tough to walk over. You can walk down the beach and find a better swimming spot though.

The location was terrific! Right across a narrow local road from the beach, very short walk. The breakfast is amazing! Five stars. So much variety and cooked to order eggs. The restaurant on site was great for other meals as well and they will serve you on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is good but can be a problem if you are looking for other places to eat, though if you don’t mind walking you can get there in 10-15 minutes walk. Breakfast didn’t begin until 7:30, which isn’t bad, but it would have been nice to go down by 7 even if just to sit and drink coffee before food was ready. But it is not a deal breaker we adjusted. We did do the restaurant a few times and it was fine but we have had better fish and chips at other locations.

The property was well maintained and the pool was clean with plenty of chairs to lounge by the pool. The room was a good size and allowed us plenty of space to have meals, play games, and enjoy conversation as a family. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the availability of chairs on the beach provided by the hotel. It was quiet throughout the day and no loud music which was helpful to allow us to relax at the pool, beach, or in our room. The breakfast was simple but so good and just what we needed to begin our day. The cleaning staff did a great job each day and we appreciated the help they gave when needed. We love that we saw so many other pets and was one reason for bringing ours, it truly was pet friendly and the area was clean and well kept for the number of pets.

Really nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with beach next door. Wonderful restaurant (both breakfast with fresh juices, pancakes and eggs to order and other lovely things and the a la carte menu), nice pool, huge apartments with good beds and A/C.

Unlike 7 years ago, almost no one, except at reception and the woman at the pool bar, speaks English. Extremely difficult, almost impossible to communicate with the staff unless we use google translate. The guys at the beach bar are extremely rude!!! Because of this, we stopped visiting the bar on the second day. The same goes for the male waiters in the restaurant, especially the bald one. Forever sullen, angry, and does everything with reluctance. He doesn't answer any questions, he just literally throws the plates of orders and turns his back. The guy at the pool bar, he's obviously very lazy. Constantly on the phone, most of the time on chairs in the shade behind the bar. When someone calls for an order, he simply waves his hand to wait and continues chatting or talking on the phone. The internet connection is under all criticism. Extremely slow and crashes every few minutes. The wireless that covers the pool was only on for 3 days of our two week stay. I went to the front desk twice asking them to fix it, but no one did anything about it. So, if you don't have your own internet connection (which is extremely expensive to roam if you're from a European country), forget about connecting to the world while you're at the pool.

The hotel has been preserved as we remember it from 7 years ago. It is clean and well maintained. The maids did their job perfectly and were always smiling and responsive.

Many many many steps to our room on the fourth floor and no elevator. We were fine but did not expect that.

We had a studio up on the fourth floor; there were nearly no outlets at all. There no electrical outlets by the desk. The only power strip available was on one side of a king-sized bed. That was pretty bad for this day and age.

The breakfast was pretty good. There wasn't a buffet because there were so few guests, so we had a choice of three or four different plates. The food was ok. The beach bar was really fun and the drinks were good and not expensive. The pool bar was the same. Good drinks for a good price and a nice sized pool as well.
