Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe needed to pay extra for the coconut water. It wasn't that expensive, but I was expecting that it was part of the all inclusive.
We got the Junior Suite front beach. The room was very big with yard and Jacuzzi. Everything was pretty good: bed, shower, food, swimming pools, bars and restaurants. People that work at the resort very friendly too.

United Statessometimes the staff was rude or not willing to help. also, the check in process is very lengthy and cumbersome at times, received conflicting information from the different front desk staff. one of my room keys were not correctly programmed and we had to go to the lobby 7 times to get the problem fixed.

United StatesThe hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work and the housekeeper didn't leave the bubble soap for the jacuzzi, but the room was fine altogether. Food at the buffet was good, but could have been better. Drinks were all made with a house liquor, no big labels available. Disco still closed due to COVID, but plenty of night lifetime anyway. Lobby bar, casino, and multiple outside tables to hang out, along with the Bowling Center for the kids.
I liked very much the room, quite clean and comfortable. "La Fuente", the spanish restaurant was awesome. The pools wonderful and my kids had a blast at both the Barcy Club and Pirate Island waterparks.

the hotel is very clean and its very good equiped, the pool is amazing and the beach is just next to it. The acuapark was very good for kids.

United StatesI know is a safety rule because of the covid but I really hated the way buffets worked. You have to wait long lines to get some specific food (specially on breakfast) and you can't directly pick your food, you need to get it from the person behind the counter. Not a general rule, but it looked to me the staff seems to be more concerned about tips than from giving you a good service. Desserts in buffets were horrible, they need to improve that by 150%
