When we arrived we had " arrival syndrom" and we were skeptic. That changes, so you have to give this place a go. You have to tjeck in online but there were som young people who were very kind to help . It is cheap but you get value for money. There is no reception but some young people can guide you and they are very helpfull. We came to enjoy this place, very calm and not that far from the habour ( 10 min walk). The room is clean and we enjoyed the pool as well. It is a good place to stay for a couple of days

Hello, everyone! Here is some information about this little tropical nook: they serve good breakfasts, both sweet and savory. The bayahibevillage .com allows guests to make reservations for any and all services offered by the hotel. An excursion to Saona, a washing service, and breakfast were all things that I reserved. The thrills in Saona are just incredible, and you should definitely go there!I was able to express all of my requirements to the hotel in an excellent manner by using the Whatsapp and Booking application. The guest room was immaculately clean, and the laundry service was performed by trained professionals. For all time, Bayahibe will continue to be a slice of heaven!

A cozy motel that is well located! We are only a stone's throw away from the center. Two excellent dining establishments can be found both in close proximity to the hotel and within the hotel itself. There is a ten-minute walk that leads to the beaches.At the time of my reservation, I was a little concerned about the need that I check in online, make my payment through a link that was emailed to me, and get a message on the day of my arrival that contained the room number. Nevertheless, everything turned up even better than anticipated. This is the most convenient manner of payment and check-in that I have come across in the Dominican Republic. You are able to pay for each service using a credit card through the website, and the virtual support is operational and ready to answer any queries that a customer may have. During our stay at the Altea hotel, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience that we will never forget. In addition to being calm and extremely unique, the atmosphere is filled with colorful paintings and plants that evoke thoughts of tropical settings. Following the completion of the online check-in process, we were provided with the room number, instructions on how to obtain the keys, and directions to the room on the day that we arrived. Although there is no reception, we were able to meet all of our requirements with the help of virtual support and a manager who was there at the location.

Fantastic experience, super satisfied with the assistance service received. The residential is not a reception service but it is possible to check in in advance and ask for information via WhatsApp booking or email. All perfect! I can also confirm that I spent a spectacular day in Savona and I booked as suggested by others on the official website you can find all the detailed information, be careful not to be scammed by street sellers or massive tour agency.

They advertised bikes, and there was absolutely no bikes, plus one of the ladies that was a host. I think she’s from Italy was very rude.

I had booked only one night in Altea , in the end I stayed here for over 5 days. The environment is very nice, welcoming and the staff is very kind and helpful. I was very surprised by the great attention to cleanliness and detail. The food in the restaurant is very good. I suggest you to try the Garden restaurant and absolutely to visit Saona. I stayed one night in Bayahibe and I am very happy I chose Bayahibe Village , Altea Lodge I reserved an apartment with a balcony located close to the main lobby. I booked Saona on the website ..it was fantastic..... How nice! New apartment, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom with hot water! l All perfect! If you want to eat good pasta, I recommend that you try a dinner at the Garden restaurant.

Room is spacious, clean, and comfortable; there's even a little terrace. When you're here, you'll feel right at home. Everyone on staff is wonderful; not only were they helpful with all of our needs, but they are also incredibly kind. The place has a wonderful energy. located at the entrance of Bayahibe pueblo. It is made up of only four residential units on the main road, very spacious, equipped with Smart TV, refrigerator, very clean, breakfast is included and the service and attention of the team they were fantastic. The accommodations are very close to baby village and the service provided to guests is offered by the same shared team, an international team made up of guys from all over the world, who populate and help guests throughout the day at the central main lobby of Bayahibe Village . very innovative model.
