The check in process was a disaster since we booked the hotel only few hours in advance - there was a lot of confusion. They did not want to let us in the resort first, then we got in and about to check in but everyone was confused and we were also told the room will be ready at 3:30 pm instead of 3:00 because we booked too late. I get it but we got confirmation and confirmation about my request what time we are arriving. So, I was just surprised no one knew about our booking. The resort is one big party. It is more for young adults who just want to use all inclusive resort for getting wasted. The music was on loud until late hours during the whole Friday. So, not a resort for relaxing vacation I’d say. Also, the resort is really crowded so the beach chairs are always full. There was also confusion with my check out. I had to check out one day earlier than my partner because we live in different countries. They were not able to understand that and I had to fill out some form why I am leaving early and they again had some issue with me leaving the resort at the gate. Seriously, don’t know why that is such an issue and I did not appreciate it rushing to the airport. We made a reservation for this sushi restaurant which was only restaurant to make a reservation for. Instead of sushi we got to the habachi table. That was a disappointment but nobody asked if we wanted sushi or habachi.

The food was absolutely A M A Z I N G! I was there only 2 nights so could not explore much unfortunately but the buffet blew my mind completely. Good job! Loved it. Plenty of choices, delicious and service very good as well. The coffee shop was fantastic. Staff very friendly!

We had turn down service one night (out of 4). It seemed random and we were nervous as to why they would come in unexpectedly.

Extra things are expensive... They say 200 dollars for free... But it is not enought for nothing.

Hunter from UAE was extremely rude and had the poorest customer skills that I have ever seen. He truly put a damper on our stay.

The water pressure in the rooms was weak, and the toilet had rings. The rooms were also not very soundproof- we could hear sounds from the walls and from the hallway. The cocktails were also very inconsistent- ordering the same drink from different people would lead to different results. They were also pretty watered down/not measured across the board.

Great amenities at the beach, and plenty of activities like zumba and volleyball throughout the day. Staff was attentive and would check on you periodically to see if you needed anything while on the beach! Everyone was friendly, fun, and respectful. There were events every night that respected a strict schedule (meaning after 11:30 it was quiet which was great!). Finally, the food was AMAZING! Really exceeded my expectations and is honestly a very important detail.

One thing I didn't like was during breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Spoons, the waiters/waitress would be so busy, they would forget to bring drinks or other items I requested. One time we were shown to our table and we went to fix our food and when we got back another couple was sitting at our table with our mimosas. I think it can be organized more because there are a lot of staff there so people need to have one particular job they are responsible for so those types of things won't happen. If you need some help with that give me a call at 601.718.7332, I can assist you. Also, I wish they had a soft serve ice cream machine in other locations besides at the grill by the beach.

The resort is really nice. I enjoy the parties/activities at the pool everyday. There were so many choices to choose from for food because we were able to share Dreams. It's an amazing property. We are planning to come back soon.

The live performances were hit or miss and the schedules were more of a suggestion.

Gricelda went above and beyond to be sure my friends and I were comfortable. Will definitely visit again! The food was great!

Sometimes the activities listed on the calendar were not held which was a shame.

The food was very good! And when eating dinner we never had to wait to get a table. The beach was beautiful and had plenty of shade. Room was very spacious and clean

The soda (coca cola) was too sweet and the alcoholic beverages does not taste good.

The outdoor of the property is very nice, the food was good and the staff were great.

The cleaning of the room was an issue, the never clean the tub on the balcony.. , toilet was broken.. All the main bars have poor drink selections for the amount of money spent.the party pool usually pops off around 3pm. The restaurant food was good Tho and the staff there.

All the renovations. Sister hotel, Dreams Onyx, was not a better accommodation or food option. The staff at Bluewater Grill were rude.

Gricelda (our hostess/concierge) was awesome and very helpful! Love her!
