Plumbing was a bit dodgy. The AC in the room worked extremely well but was a bit noisy.

The room we rent was humid and affected my allergies badly, they don’t have security and my car rear view mirrors were stolen, the pool wasn’t able, hot water was terrible as well.

Small room, the style of the furnitures are based on in other era, jacuzzi was not avaiable, noisy (that night a group of people were talking loudly)

AC wasn't great, but did eventually cool the room enough (I'm a light sleeper, and cool temperature is a must). Door handle was concerningly difficult to unlock from the inside, but was always able to get it.

I thought the staff was really helpful and friendly. And the location was super close to the center of the Zona Colonial. Wifi didn't reach into the room, but was very fast sitting out in the pretty comfy and stylish sitting area. Appreciated the closet with hangers.

Some of the rooms are better than others. All good value, but maybe ask to see a couple rooms, if available, to see the one you like best.

The place has great staff and good breakfast. One member of the staff speaks good English. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. The manager Miguel is a character and is fun to engage with. Happy, fun and a friendly guy who makes a good Mojito :) The girls on reception, the bar, cleaning etc are all really nice to chat with, friendly and pleasant. It made an enjoyable and fun stay at the hotel. Location is great, bed was comfortable and the price was good. I was leaving for the airport before breakfast started but Miguel arranged and early breakfast and coffee for me which was nice of him.

Everything. Since I arrived it was a bad experience. I made a reservation and I informed them of my late arrival, they said it was fine. When I get there to check in, they didn’t have a room for me, they gave it to someone else. The person at the front desk decided to give my room to someone even though they knew I was coming in later than 4pm because my flight was delayed. I paid for that night and I was still there without a room. The guy would not recognize the mistake and wanted me to wait three hours for a room. Finally after exchanging couple words and make him look he was in the wrong, they offered me a “temporary room” but I had to move out of there in two hours. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the shower tile, that is basic cleaning. They didn’t not care to check if it was clean. At the end, I would never stay here again nor I would recommend. Avoid the headache and I bet there are cleaner places with better staff.

it was a basic bedroom and nice and clean but perhaps the bed linen could be upgraded.

They gave us a choice of breakfast and we were happy with that. The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent, everything is right on your doorstep.
