The resort itself is beautiful, cozy and intimate, it was a pleasure walking around in the evening. The rooms are big, modern and clean (we especially loved the double shower). The beach is lovely and they have quite a few activities (yoga, dance lessons) that you can do during the day. The food was diverse and fresh - we likedthe bloved and peruvian restaurants the most; stuff was friendly and eager to make your stay as pleasurable as possible

It would be nice if more of the staff spoke English for better communication. I also didn’t like that the rooms and the bathrooms weren’t exceptionally clean, which you expect when paying nearly $500 USD per night.

The food could've been a bit better and they kept on knocking at our door by mistake at horrible times.

It was hard to order room service. I didn’t like the sushi at the sushi bar but I’m picky about my sushi. The pools close too early.

The property is super clean, friendly, and eco conscious. All the restaurants were well kept and the public bathrooms too. There were plenty of daybeds by the pool and beach. It’s in a less touristy area so it’s a lot more laidback. It we cool being able to use the family side of the resort. I felt very safe and the staff was great!

Food at the buffet was ok (some evening better than others), but some of the a al carte restaurant were not good at all, like the asian. Staff very kind at the reception, waiters and bartenders not so friendly. Overall a great experience.

Amazing resort, room big and super clean. The beach is one of the best of my life (no seaweed). You can always find place at the beach, but it is better not to arrive too late. This hotel and Bayahibe in general are absolutely recommended.

The design of our shower made it easy for water to pour onto the floor.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and safe location. Good food and amenities. Fun and talented entertainers every night. Located on a beautiful beach. We felt like family by the end of our stay. We are already booking for a return trip.

Not a lot of space around the pools, was nearly impossible to get a deck chair in the shade. Wi-fi was mediocre, didnt really work in our room, everywhere else it was fine

Some of the staff used to have personal conversations while the guests were there, it was a little uncomfortable. Not that big a deal, not so noticeable specially by non spanish speaking guests, but it was a bit annoying for those of us who understand

Its a bit expensive!

The hotel was perfect for me. The room, the beach and the water turquise, the food, especially the breakfast and the restaurants. The Food is much better than in other hotels and there is a huge variaty, even sushi. The music and the shows and the animation are really good and much better compared with other hotels. Moreno Feo is an excellent animateur, he made my vacations excellent. He is always 100 percent present, always in perfect mood, cheerful and fun. El mejor es Moreno Feo. The therapy sea bar is excellent. Beautiful. They have good drinks and the bartenders are adorable especially Lee, Ariel, Anyelo, Berenice, Daniel, Jose Luis and Luis. The fruit bar offers smothies with 100 percent natural juice! I loved every day there and I will come back! Muchas Gracias!

The exclusive part … 90%was empty so something isn’t working with the idea. Also, some sea food restaurants have no capacity and get fully booked out so you have to plan your stay. Also, way too far to local Bayahibe village …

This is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the beautiful coast of DR! Spacious but doesn’t feel like Dominicana at all. Love the choice of places by the hotel itself and the beach!

- almost nobody speaks English in an international hotel - noise entertainment at the beaches - blocking of sunbeds from guest before 6.00 am !!!!!! - reservation of huge beach area for "VIP guests" - an nobody is there

I’m vegan, didn’t have too many options for the meals. That should be improved. On Sunday the gardeners were working around us at the small and more private pool. We complained about it because they were very noisy, but had to wait until they finished. That wasn’t nice at all.

I loved everything but i would have preferred Main Adults restaurant Thalassa to do an evening buffet every night . I prefer that to an a la carte or a themed evening and the themed restaurants were very nice but not for me..

It is a beautuful hotel with nature gardens . The staff are fabulous in all departments . The chefs are amazing . Loved their buffets. My cleaning maid Ana was fabulous displaying my towels and bedding with fresh hibiscus flowers which i found delightful. My 3rd time to Dominican Republic in one year and this is the best . The Caribe sea is so turquoise and hot . I couldnt stop taking photographs of it everyday as it is so calming to the mind . I cannot wait to return and meantime i send all my love to the staff there . They deserve this accolade. .

I loved the facilities and the all inclusive package. In addition, I really enjoyed the staff at the beach. Moreno is great and has a unique energy, also Fernando and Geovany are great. They really make you enjoy your vacation.

The room configuration is strange: there is no separate bathroom, only a toilet room has a door. We had a lot of maintenance going near our room. While it took place during the day when everybody was supposed to be at the beach or the pool it was an issue if you happened to stay in the room. Noise and paint smell were the main inconvenience. There are 2 hotels back to back: family and adult-only, so some restaurants and areas are shared between them. My wife had a food poisoning at the buffet related to the family hotel, we had no issue with adult-only restaurants though.

The hotel maintains a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. At the same time, they provide you options if you would like to entrain. They are doing a good job with food in the restaurants as well as drinks in the bars. The hotel puts a lot of attention to the maintenance of their territory as well as rooms. We had a good, relaxed vacation that we were looking for.
