There wasn’t a fridge in the room for have a cold water inside the bedroom and keep your own drinks. They need to invest in new bedding sets, the bedspread had a bleach stain and the backrest of the bed had some yellow stains.

The location was very good, you could walk to the beach and lots of restaurants, the room smelled clean.

Check in was awful, had to wait over 20 minutes while owner dealt with restaurant receipts,serving food, etc. He also got angry and threatened to evict me and refund my deposit and payment because I had to change rooms 3 times because 1) was a room with bunk beds, 2) other room had no tv, 3)I needed first floor due to mobility issues. I should have been the one upset and not him, this caused anxiety and fear of being evicted again, not to mention his temper.

The Name of the Hotel is the Restaurant. The road of the hotel location needs work. The shower pressure was a bit low. No water in the hotel on certain days. In the AM before certain time and Specially returning late from a night out. Some morning ordering breakfast took too long to be served. Not allowing for an extended checkout time. Of at least an hour. No lock on the bathroom. No cable and the TV didn't allow us to watch at least Netflix. Due to lack of memory.

Location to the Beach was fairly close. The Staff was very Friendly. The Room was comfortable. Hot water was a plus The stores near by were helpful The live band was great entertainment. The WiFi was very usefull.

A little hard to find at first, and few of the staff spoke English (but you should learn some Spanish if you are visiting).

Amazing room, great value for price. Excellent location with quick walking access to amazing beach. Restaurants and grocery stores around. Friendly staff and great breakfast (two different options).

Amenities advertised were FALSE!!! No paid airport transportation (they said "it did not say 'free' next to it"!.....what?!?!) , had to ask for MANY things on the advertised amenities list, the 'clothing line' was a moldy popup clothing closet, no hair dryer, broken vanity drawers, only ONE electric outlet and had EXPOSED wires!, waited 2 1/2 hours to check in because "the guy who speaks ANY English will not be here until later" and they did not even notify him to come check me in! - meanwhile people without reservations checked in and even paid less than my pre-paid rate!? LOW LOW water pressure and limited hours to get hot water, and a 24 hour period without ANY water. At the 6th day of 9 they gave me a 8 hour notice that they were going to paint my room and I had to move up 3 more floors for the remainder of the stay (NO elevators either). THIS PLACE SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF OF YOUR SITE!!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!

Luckily Ducassi suites is located just in front of them and we found a very pleasant apartment there for a good price.

We had reserved a suite and the hotel obviously rented it to someone else and offered us a regular room that wasn’t adequate for our needs. This meant we were trying to find another place at 8:00 at night with my 85 year old mother very tired after a long day of traveling.

During my one night stay Bathroom The water pressure is horrible. No pressure at all. The shower faucet was broken and it was on the floor. The sink was cracks and holes. There was no hot water. It was only warm water. Building The hotel has no elevators. My room was on the third floor and I had a bad muscle pain. So I had to carry my luggage myself while in pain. Not one staff member offered to help. Staff The receptionist/manager indicated that a $20 deposite was required. It was returned upon check out. My reservation was for 2 guests but my friend was not with me during check in. She never mentioned the other guest during check in. During breakfast, the staff tried to charge my friend the breakfast fee. I said to her, “ my reservation is for 2 guests and both of us will eat before breakfast is included”. She made a big thing about this, but she lost. I proved to her that my reservation said “ 2 adults”. Room Horrible. The curtains are cotton. All the lights comes in during the sun rise. No dark curtains to prevent the sun coming in. Stains on the headboard, Broken dresser draws, no cable and a portable plastic closet. The only good thing was the comfortable bed. The pool is very small. The music was very loud. It was noisy until 11 pm because it’s a restaurant with a live entertainment.

The staff was extremely rude particularly the guy with the glasses on the evening shift of Thursday January 4th. I started speaking to him in Spanish respectfully and asked for assistance but he tells me to wait since he was busy. Half hour later I try to get his attention again but instead he started responding in perfect English yelling at me in front of people "you are pissing me off now - I told you I'm busy you have to wait", I told him that I am a customer too and I am paying to stay there and why am I less important than other customers after I've waited for 30 minutes for assistance since my room had AC problems and I needed to rest because I have just came out of a surgery and that was the reason why I booked it since it was 2 steps away from the medical facility and I did not want to take a ride back to my original hotel. I was in serious pain but this person decided to humiliate me and tell me that he had other people to take care of. I ended up walking away until a few hours later I went back and the other guy gave me a different room. Jose also saw me prior to check in and accused me to have walked away without paying for my beverage the day before since I was in that area for a consultation - I told him we already had this conversation and I paid because I did ask him how come they charge more than other places and he said that it was because of the location; at that point he seemed confused and asked me to show him my bank charge. Awful experience for me

I traveled for work. The room was too small and not conducive to work at all. The internet was as fast as dialup, sometimes. I needed the internet for work. There was no hot water for most of my stay. There was no water for some of it. The shower head was stopped up, so even when hot water was available, the shower quality was poor. I finally cleaned it myself. The commode took hours to fill after flushing. I was asked once if I wanted the floor moped and requested new towels once. No other service was provided. Very difficult to find.

I traveled for work. The air conditioner was excellent.

The administration in this place is awful, they tried to change us more than the amount indicated in booking.com so I had to contact booking.com my self and ask them to contact the property to clarify the price as the only solution advised by the owner was paying more or cancelling the booking and leaving me homeless. After waiting for few hours until the price was clarify I was giving the tiniest room in the property with only one bed and no balcony, my booking was supposed to be a family room with 2 doubles beds, balcony and views. I was promised a partial refund for the inconvenience and few months after the refund has not been made. The prices at the restaurant downstairs are very high for the service given, very slow, waiters unable to answer any questions about the menu and several mistakes.

Breakfast is small, you have other items in the menu for the same price, but you have to stick to the same breakfast everyday. If they are the same price, then why you can not get othert items? The room is not what is described. There is no dining area in the room, no toaster. Lots of problem with water preasssure and also they cut the water at times, to save, which is unacceptable.

It was lovely! All the staff are very nice and helpful, and it has an adjoining restaurant with great food and live music where breakfast is served included . There’s even a little pool. Super energy!! The beach is a couple of minutes away , a paradise white beach where you can swim and plenty of cafes and bars . This is the best value place at this location…. very recommendable!
