Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA lot of small things seemed to be missing and needed to be requested. Half the time room service took a very long time, but they were very friendly. The carpets in the corridor and in our room were badly worn and stained; need replacing.
The kids loved the pool and were virtually living in it for the two weeks of our stay. Loved the breakfast and variety, especially with a fussy two-year old. All the staff lit up when they saw our children and were so kind and thoughtful. My son loved the wee turtles outside the front entrance.

Pool was fabulous. Very nice pool facilities and also courts Breakfast was wonderful (except for coffee) Staff were kind, friendly and chatty when engaged in conversation

United StatesThe hotel is very dated. The rooms need to be renovated. The carpeting is very dirty, the bed skirts are dirty. The bathroom- looks like they were renovated a while ago but it was very poorly done.
The staff was wonderful. The hotel lobby and common areas were very nice and so was the pool. Breakfast and staff was wonderful as well.

United StatesWhat continues to irritate me is that the hotel advertises their location as a ( CASINO HOTEL) which is not true since before Covid. Seems the yd rather disappoint and aggravate guest looking forward to gamble " in house " thats been both incontinent and disappointing each time I book this property. Their answer at check in is they don't want to change the information on the website because of costs. To me as a guest, it would logical , I'm the reason their in business for them to make that statement is insulting. If nothing else, they should offer its guests r/t transportation or absorb the cost for their guest to and from nearby casinos. I feel is would be the least they could offer their guest. It would be the " right thig " to do.
Check in always easy, the restaurant is exceptional with many choices for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel pool area is again huge and well maintained. A good value!
