United StatesBigger room, especially the closet was too small. Don't liked neither the division and the big difference between the "PREFFERD CLUB" and the rest of the guests.
The breakfast was always wonderful with a lot of delicious food. The waiters were attentive and helpful especially Victor and Pablito but, we don't have complain of any of them.

The beach is breathtakingly beautiful, something from a movie. No sargazo! The room was nice and very clean. Everything worked properly. I highly recommend the spa.

PortugalSometimes it could be a bit caotic with the requests for drinks at the buffet but the staff is really nice and work hard to please you. The rooms could use some more love in regards to cosmetic issues (basic paint jobs, old bin trays, etc)
The beach area is incredible with clear tropical waters and lots of entertainment, or rest areas if you prefer. The general hotel area is very good, with several pools & bars on different locations.

United StatesWe dined at three of the restaurants on location. Each of them was a terrible failure, an embarrassment to Italians, Japanese and French. We should have eaten at the buffet for each of the three meals each day.
Breakfast at the Buffet was excellent, as good as any I've enjoyed. We live in Republica Dominicana.

Dominican RepublicFor me, the check-in process was disappointing even though we paid for the preferred club. I had an uncomfortable time complaining for a variation to my booking even though I called the day earlier and confirmed it. However, the supervisor Edwin blanco was quite diligent AND empathic. In fact, the hotel was not able to provide me the reservation with my requests, but he even provided me an upgrade of the room as compensation of the situation. I felt heard and comfortable afterwards. This supervisor knows what does Customer Services is in great detail. On another hand, I think the hotel has some cleaning opportunities. I was able to identify trash left in the garden and the elevator to the Honeymoon suites was always with a bad smell of humidity. Additionally, the swim up pools seems to need some maintenance. In overall, the hotel was just fine but did not kill me. I had been in differents hotels from Dream brand, and this one is average. I paid a considerable amount for only 2 nights And being honest, other hotels of the same chain would had provided a better experience.
I liked the personnel in overall, but for me the luggage team and the entertainment team was excellent. Please keep the retro and the magic show. Pretty outstanding and entertaining moment. The food was superb. Excellent food and variety.

I have visited most all inclusive in Punta Cana mainly and can only mention 1 that was also good but Dreams appears to exceed everything people and staff , food ,easy access , the spa , the yoga in the am and e resides at least 3 times a day

ArgentinaFor starters we had bought the preferred club package, there's nothing preferred about it. Its suppose to give you premium quality drinks and you have a specific beach section with lots of umbrellas. What actually happens is the drinks are not premium. When we would approach the bar and ask for a beer, they would always say that they haven't arrived yet and are on the way or that they are still warm because they just arrived. Even if you go half hour later they still say the same. Regarding brands forget about getting anything else but "presidente" the local beer and its light version. We happen to get cool light a couple times and Heineken only 1 day and 1 bottle, then they would say they had no more. My couple only drinks beer so he was frustrated and I like gin and tonic but the premium versions were saved for those who tipped, but being perferd we were suppose to have those despite tips. The second thing that wasn't right is the perfferd area in the beach: they dont aks if you are perferred so anyone goes in that area. Because of this (I went with a 1 year old baby) we never found any free umbrellas, had to share with other people a couple of times. The non perferd areas dont have umbrellas, only palm shade or regular umbrellas (not straw), for our baby this was bad because the sun breaches the regular umbrellas. We did complaint about all the above the first day of our stay and requested a refund at least on the perferd charge. They said they would but its been a month and we still did not receive the refund. This hotel was the most expensive hotel I've stayed in my entire life. I would never go back there. I prefer to pay cheaper and get the same service as I did here being perferd. In summary the hotel is beautiful and has good things. dont expect anything from the perferd services and don't expect quality drinks. For the price of the hotel its not worth it.
The Italian and French restaurants have amazing food. The hotel pool is beautiful. The hotel shows are good. I like the fact that you don't need a card for towels and that you have several drop off points for used towels. The beach is beautiful. We had bad luck because the sea had a lot of waves so we couldn't go in with our baby much but they said that was not usual for that beach

United StatesThe beach was a difficult beach for young children. The surf meet the beach at a difficult angle for young children and the surf hit the beach with a power that would knock them over. A surf that lapped up onto the beach would have been better for young children. We only went to the beach at the resort.
The food was delicious and the options exceeded the needs from a toddler to grandparents.

super clean!!! the staff are absolutely adorable from when you get out of your transportation till the end, I been to so many resorts and this one has been the best as far as staff treatment. big shout out to Rogelio at the entrance, Diego at the cafe, Bryan from entertainment, coco and Adriana from entertainment, the guys at the buffet were soooo nice, great experience.
